The A/C was a little loud, and the water in the shower was switching on its own from hot to cold constantly.

The location of the hotel is super convenient. The hotel staff was very friendly! It also felt safe as there was always somebody at the reception and they would lock the front door at night.

As I’m not an experienced traveler was not expecting to carry my luggage up to my room.The streets go off in all directions easy to get lost

Breakfast was good so pleased to have cereal .My French not good but managed to communicate well and in a friendly manner and happy to help.The location great a 2 min walk to Papes Palace and a short walk to the Market which I enjoyed.

Something to keep in mind if you're a heavy packer- There's no lift.

Beds were comfortable. Room was aesthetically pleasing. Bathroom was modern with good water pressure. Staff were friendly and recommended great restaurants. Location is fantastic

Well first the property is in the kind of alley you don´t want to walk by alone after dark, but thats not a killer. I could even plan to return despite this and my dislikes. The hotel is a quite charming with a big elegant stair, but the furniture is not "medieval", its simply old, cheap.

Location and price are good to get to visit Avignon. The room was ok. The property is also ok. I guess is a good value for the money. The staff at reception were really helpful and friendly.

Getting to the hotel. This was our fault because we didn't know about the free bus shuttle that would drive from free site at parking Italian right close to this hotel. Every one take note. You can take bus with luggage back to car after your stay.

We liked how location was great for spending sightseeing time in center of old Avignon. The hosts spoke English. The beds were so comfortable. The room was quiet but we had many steps to climb.

Room was basic, going to the 3rd floor were quite a lot of steps without elevator. Airco was very noisy.

In the centre of Avignon. Clean rooms. Breakfast was basic but alright (baguette, croissants, cheese, ham, salami, jam, eggs (need to boil yourself). Some yoghurt or fruit would be a nice addition.

Decor was a bit tired and out of keeping with the building, but that was a small thing compared to the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the room, which was good for the price paid.
