The hotel has a great location. There is a cozy restaurant under the hotel where you can have a delicious breakfast. The room has good and large beds, comfortable pillows, but a small bathroom. For a short stay, we were 1 night, it is suitable. Very helpful staff, they speak Russian.

A couple of minor downsides were the noise from the downstairs bar, which doesn’t belong to the hotel, on one of the nights, and the water pressure for the hot shower, which was weaker than the cold. There was no lift, but this wasn't much of an issue as we knew we were staying in a historic building.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Cannes. The location is unbeatable, just one minute from the Croisette, shops, and the beach. The accommodation was excellent, with new and very clean rooms, and the air conditioning was exceptionally good. Despite the +32°C heat outside, inside felt like a cool paradise! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful—special thanks to Galina, Jean-Michele, and Marina, who all spoke multiple languages and were always attentive, helpful, and smiling. We would happily stay here again.

The furniture in the room could be a bit more modern, but that's a minor thing when you have such good location.

There was no elevator, which on the 4th floor can be a bit of a challenge if you want to make several trips out during the day, but what's lacking with the elevator is made up with the charm of the room.

The room was cozy and pretty spacious. Lovely French windows facing the street. The location is perfect- everything is within walking distance and plenty of restaurants to visit!

Nothing, it was wonderful

It was amazing; very clean, perfect central location close to everything, I was on my own but imo the rooms are big enough (at least if you don't plan to stay inside the whole time), the bed was comfortable. I had no problems with noise from the street, when the windows were closed it was quiet. They are flexible as in you can leave your bags after check out, and if it's possible they might allow you to check in a little earlier. I really enjoyed my stay here and will book this cosy hotel again if I ever return to Cannes.

Check out at 11 am a bit earlier than other hotels which are 12pm. No elevator but only 4th floor I was on the 3rd floor.

Absolutely perfect lovely welcome and sea view from our bedroom. Gorgeous room and the location ....couldn't get better.... Recommend Mome restaurant nearby ...this has to be the best place for food and ambience I have ever been to. Music food drink ....excellent. slept like a baby quiet room and they kept our bags for us the next day while we explored cannes. Highly recommend this Hotel!! Valerie Dublin Ireland
