United KingdomIt's a little noisy at night, especially in the summer when you need a window open with the bar and terrace below. Might as well join people and have a drink in the great bar anyway! But this is the trade-off with being in such a conveniently central location. I also took ear plugs, so I slept well, and there was no real noise after 11.30.
Stunning view from room. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent 3 course dinner in the evening and the half board option was good value for money. Good continental breakfast. Cosy, popular bar, and restaurant. Location is right in the centre of town next to tourist info, lift pass office, etc. A well run, solid hotel. Very nice Dutch owners.

United KingdomA bit noisy, but that is the trade-off for the excellent central location. Not huge variety of facilities but didn't bother us as we just wanted somewhere clean, comfortable and friendly to stay with good food, which it is.
View from room of the mountains. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food and very good value for half board. 3 course evening meal for the x2 nights we stayed was very good. Fantastic location if you want to be central to everything in Les Deux Alpes. Cosy and lively bar and restaurant.

GermanyYou can't control the heating in your room. The system was broken and the staff took all efforts to fix things, but that didn't change the fact that I had to sleep with open windows, which environmentally is a nightmare and with the noise going on at the central place at night made this a rather short night for me. Cannot blame the staff who really tried to help, but a hotel which doesn't allow me to control the heating in my room, frankly, is a no-go to me.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to Jandri express.

we were at the low season, right after skiing season, we were extremely satisfied with the staff and breakfast, everything went smooth and we were treated with a smile, the beds were very comfy and the view is spectacular.

Very central, fantastic staff who were all so friendly and helpful ! We stayed in the family suite for one night before taking a larger apartment for a week as we were a group of 5 with teenagers -would have liked to stay here longer if we were just a couple or had smaller kids! Food on half board was very good!

FranceDIdn't have air conditioning, but the mountain air is cool enough at nights. I slept with the windows open and despite being bang in the centre of town, I slept like a log all night, so couldn't have been too noisy.
Free parking for cars and motorbikes on the pavement outside the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great selection of food at the breakfast in the morning, very continental style. Rooms were a nice size and had all the stuff we needed like private bath/shower and toilet. Spotlessly clean and right in the centre of town so you could walk to loads of bars and restaurants.

United KingdomCleanliness - very dirty hotel, dust balls underneath all beds. Facilities - sub standard, staff were very rude and entitled. Very expensive for quality of products and service. Very cold as the radiators are hardly ever turned on and the windows don’t seal properly - I could feel a breeze while laying in bed with the window and curtains closed.
