Breakfast at 30 euros is a rip off. We went to the cafe on the corner and got fresh orange juice, excellent coffee and croissants for 10 euros! Secondly, the bath towels are way too small. They’re more the size of a face towel. At 300 euros a night, guests deserve better.

You could hear almost everything that was happening in the other bedrooms.

It was just beside the metro station, so it was easy to move everywhere. The hotel was clean and breakfast very good.

For the price we paid in central Paris I can’t fault this hotel. It isn’t fancy and plus but clean, modern and comfortable.

Location was perfect, 2 minutes walk to metro and restaurants and bars for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 15/20 minutes walk to Notre Dame. Room was comfortable and only used as a base to sleep and shower.

Size of room is very small, but as a solo traveller fine.- considering everything else (locating, cleanliness, staff, breakfast) was excellent.

Location was great. Right next to hotel were a number of good restaurants. Close to the Metro Gare d'Austerlitz. My room was very clean, and quiet (top floor, away from street).

The shower stall was extremely small but I was fine with it ... just a note to more opulent travelers that it might be a tight fit!

I like this hotel because it is inexpensive and close to the train station which I often use for travel. While the room was very small, which is rather common in Paris, it was very comfortable and recently updated with modern style. The bed was fairly soft and I enjoyed that. The staff is super friendly and being able to store my luggage after check-out at noon until I took my train 5 hours later was super handy. Another plus is the Britta water dispenser near the lobby, a nice touch.

Walking to the city centre took quite a while. There also seemed to be something wrong with the shower doors because each time I had a shower the whole bathroom floor ended up soaking wet.

My room was quite small BUT I got a small room. Some are bigger -- check first. The breakfast was not great -- go to one of the cafes right outside the door.

Very pleasant, clean room. Wonderful staff. Great location right across the street from Gare d'Austerlitz. Next door to huge botanical gardens + museums. Loads of restaurants right on the street. Safe neighborhood, easy walk to center of town (if you like to walk!).

The very small entry area.

I liked that the windows open and when the construction is complete there will be a nice view across the street. The location is very convenient to the Austerlitz Gare and the Jardin des Plantes.

We took the lift but still had to climb some stairs to our room. But the breakfast room was close by on the same floor.

The hotel was close to Austerlitz station. There were several restaurants nearby and the jardin des plantes a few minutes away where we spent some time admiring the flowers. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. There was a good choice at breakfast with an attentive member of staff.

Although there was a lift, it was not possible to get to my first floor room without using stairs.

Very pleasant and helpful reception staff. The room was larger than normal for a hotel in Paris. It was well equipped and recently refurbished. Breakfast was basic but good value for €12. The luggage room had the best security arrangements I have seen in any hotel.

The staff at the reception (the one in her small office next to it) was complaining about other staff members all the time. We do not need to hear that 😉

I missed a message from the hotel about our bicycles and the staff were not very helpful in looking for a solution other than go to another hotel. Ended up okay with a little help from a shop owner nearby.
