I asked to have a room with a view and my request was met, and I couldn't wish for a better view overlooking Nice which was magical both during the day and at night. The view from the breakfast room is also superb due to the location of the hotel, a great way to start the day. The hotel is very cozy and run by the great Gino and his staff who made me feel always welcomed and very looked after. The tram station and a bus stop are also within walking distance. I truly enjoyed the stay at the Panoramic Hotel.

Rooms extremely outdated. For a few hundred euros a room they could fix the low hanging fruit. For example normal showerhead that doesn’t keep falling.

The view is absolutely phenomenal. Staff is very nice and we did have great sleep.

the breakfast did not have a lot of variety, both for an omni and a vegan diet, with the pastries being store bought plastic-wrapped madeleines instead of fresh viennoiseries and the quality of the bread not great either. The jams were delicious though and the tea was good!

lovely cosy hotel in a quiet green area not too far from the centre of Nice! The staff was helpful for transport to the hotel and provided a map of Nice and even agreed to serve breakfast a little earlier to accommodate our early flight. The views from the Terrace were stunning and it felt nice to look onto a greener area of the city.

Gino the owner and his wife really kind and supportive person. They helped us in everything. The room-size was enough for four adults people. The hotel is on top of the mount with amazing view!

The steep hill to property. Hard walk from town if you're not used to walking a lot.

Breakfast room was a good way to start the day. Breakfast ordering was a touch confusing.

The hosts were very friendly and patient with us and my husband trying to learn French. Helped us to understand the crazy shuttle bus times and suggested excursions. Also, extremely kind in assisting us to find a Dr when we needed.

Parking is a hassle not just here, all over nice. So may be pre book if possible. It’s free outside but hard to find.

The view of the room was really nice. The beds were comfortable. The location has free parking, which was a plus for us since we were traveling by car. The booking process went really smoothly. We needed to shorten the stay due to our flight delay. The owner was really nice about that and accommodated the request immediately. Also, the instruction to get to the location was very clear. We felt welcoming going to the hotel.

The room we got was misleading since in the booking photos it does not have any photos with the bathroom. Once we got there we realized the bathroom has no door ?! Please fix this, nobody wants to stay in bed near a toilet without a door..

The staff is great, very helpful when needed :) also the view is very beautiful.

A nice place „above“ the city which comes with a great view. You may also have a great view from your room, but also from the breakfast room. The rooms are clean and offer a normal standard. The personal is kind and helpful!

The pre-selection for breakfast items was a little unusual. But the food was tasty.

Arrival process was the only thing that could have been easier, we arrived outside of 'normal' times and it was a little clunky but staff were very helpful in the end. really nice people.

The view was INCREDIBLE. Bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it said it would. Nice and quiet to.

It was VERY warm in the breakfast room.

The stunning view over Nice. It was like an experience in the quirky room with dated decor. We felt like we were literally inside the mountain. It was great having some individual outside space. The owners were lovely and welcoming. All the staff were helpful and accommodating. Easy parking outside.

Happy with the stay and all as expected. Own car would be good but used Ubers which were fine to and from Nice town centre.

Nothing to complain about, was all lovely however, could hear some noise from other rooms but didn’t bother us much and didn’t affect our stay.

The view is amazing, the room for four was comfy and large enough. It was easy to use air conditioning unit. Very easy to access the hotel after hours - we arrived very late, about 1am, and everything was made easy for us, thank you. The staff are really lovely and the owners very friendly and welcoming. We visited without a car and the city was easily accessible and affordable via Uber.
