Nothing to not like, it is a budget hotel and everything was clean.

Traditional French hotel, great staff and evening meal could not be faulted.

Rooms quite basic in need of modernisation and improved soundproofing.

Comfortable bed and room with extensive and lovely grounds with terrace and swimming pool. Good breakfast choices. Really excellent dinner prepared by Madam Françoise Ollivier inc Escargots Bordelaise, gambas with a saffron cream and local wines to accompany chosen by patron sommelier Jean-Christophe Ollivier. Very helpful and friendly proprietors and staff.

Le pont bernat was pretty basic; but priced appropriately the bathrooms need attention.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel The staff were kind attentive and invested. The hotel was price appropriately but pretty basic.

The host was serviceminded and very helpful. We had a delicious wine and welltasting plate of cheese when we arrived late. A perfect place for wine route in Médoc. Ollivier is also a splended sommelier with knowledge. We drive an electric car, and he helped us with free charging on our vehicle.

The rooms could use an upgrade - also the plumming

Very charming location with big trees and a nice garden. The staff - both in hotel and in the restaurant - was very nice and helpful. All in all the place has a very nice atmosphere and perfect for one or a couple of days. The two dogs were a big success for the youngest guest ☺️ restaurant was very nice.

Extremely run down. A bucket in reception catching water and the outside area was a mess including the pool. We stayed for 4 nights because of a nearby golf competition. The room was not cleaned once and no towel changed. They said this was because we hadn’t left the key when we went out each day!! The water pressure was very low and took ages to run hot.,It was very expensive for what it was - £85 a night and we had no breakfast

The manager was pleasant and made me coffee 2 days(chargeable). The beds were comfortable.

The building is in need of some work. The value is there, the basic amenities are good. Bed is hard though. Lol

The staff and the restaurant were truly amazing. The Food was a very surprising benefit. We ate there several nights and never had a bad dish. Creative dinners and amazing value packed into a rustic quant setting.

the decor of the hotel was tired and in serious need of refurbishment. not what we expected from a 3 star Logis Hotel. The gardens and pool area appeared neglected and unloved; the hotel felt like a motel.

the evening meals were excellent and the service was attentive. The wooded area behind the hotel provided opportunity for country walks

In general hotel was in need of repairs and updating. It had a good size exterior pool but this also looked tired and need of repairs. The sound rating of our room was poor. There were no facilities in our room to make a cup of tea or coffee which was a shame. The bathroom finish was poor.

The outside restaurant setting was nice for an evening meal. The breakfast was good and plentiful. There were some nice off road walks which is handy if you take a dog. The staff very helpful.

No lunch available on Saturday nor dinner on Sunday evening. It was good that we asked as there was no other notification. Shower needed a hook much higher up than the one provided. Water did not stay in the hand basin even when plug shut. Room not sound proof from either side. no tea /coffee facilities in room

we had no car which is necessary to get about reasonably. The surroundings woodland was fine for a walk. hot water Breakfast good
