Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together, I understand this happens BUT you need to put a decent topper below the sheets, it’s very uncomfortable sleeping on the crack between the beds. We put the doona down the second night and it was a bit better.

Some parts of the hotel need some upgrades. Beds could be a little softer. No elevator in the hotel. I would not stay a hole week, but for 1 night I can definitely recommend it, and i would could come back.
We booked with dinner for euro 21,50 per person extra. For this you will get a 2 course meal. You can upgrade to 3 course meal for euro 6,50 per person in the restaurant. Nothing exotic but good food!

Our room was rather small.

The rooms were a bit on the small side.
It is a fine hotel to stay for a night or two. The outside area with swimming pool is nice to enjoy after a hot day of traveling. The breakfast was expensive but very good.

Frustratingly there was a hook missing on the back of the bathroom door; please ensure that it is replaced. I was surprised that our bed was not made up without any notice in the room to that effect. I found the mattress fine, but my partner found it hard.
The gentleman at reception was particularly friendly and helpful

There is just nothing to dislike.
Although the room is small and has dark furnishings, the furnishings are very comfortable and clean. Excellent shower and nice outdoor seating area (ground floor apartment). Nice spacious grounds and a sizeable pool with comfortable deck chairs. Great host. Very friendly and will do anything to make your stay a memorable one. The diner and breakfast will exceed your expectations. A set menu for diner with a vast selection to choose from. Quality and presentation is worthy of a Michelin star and at a very very reasonable price. Breakfast is extensive too. If you enjoy the wine tasting and its scenery, you are at the right location with ample options in the area. The hotel is also situated in a small village that is beautifully manicured. Conveniently located in the middle of France en-route to the South of France and Spain, but just as well for a couple of days to explore the area. We will definitely be back for maximum relaxation. Thank you host!

Lovely wine area. Very quiet and peaceful hotel with large outdoor areas and a big pool. Breakfast and staff were great. We didn't have reservations for the restaurant but were lucky enough they made space for us. Everything was great!

Very small point but stairs to rooms were behind a door that looked like a fire exit - disconcerting for about 2 minutes as the rooms were fine.
Great value for money, very helpful as we were at a wedding nearby and checked in early and came in very late staff very helpful at both times. Didn't make breakast but other facilities looked very good.

The grounds could benefit from a little care and attention, it appears that during Covid the weeds in the terrace and shrubs have grown without management. However the swimming pool was clean & up to standard.
As a Logis de France the restaurant ensures that the customers have an excellent choice of gourmet food. The rooms are typically European very functional and all you need with good ensuite bathrooms.

The photos look nicer than the real place. restaurant did not accept more clients because of lack of personnel and we needed to find a place to eat.
