Just some suggestions for improvement: I missed an iron in my room and a ventilator; I wish I could have some hard cheese for breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay: the location was very convenient, the room was spacious enough and the host was very nice. The view from my window was just amazing!

There were a few very minor negatives but we got a lovely reception from the host so much that we will overlook them for this review.

Marie is very welcoming! Everything was exactly as described on site. The continental breakfast is available in the reception area, accessible from the street not from inside. And even though the place is literally next to the church, the bells don't ring between 10pm and 7am.

Everything was great: the kindness of the host, the fresh and tasty breakfast, and the great location! Is we will go back to Angers (what a lovely city), we will surely try to stay again there!

Just one negative, be careful of the parking, it was free overnight but remember to pay the fee in the morning.

Spent a lovely one night stay at this property in Angers last June. Marie was warm, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean with lovely little touches of hairdryer, bathroom goodies, water and small but well equipped kitchen area. Location was brilliant, just next to a lovely church and an easily walkable route into the restaurants and bars area. Breakfast was just next door and fabulous. Would def stay here again!

It was a cold in the night, as the heating is off (since we are in mid May already), and I could not find the switch of the heater inside the bathroom, so I took a hot shower and jumped into the bed right away. The breakfast place is too small, could only accomodate 4 persons at the same time, even it decoated very cozy, however I could not relax when taking breakfast, as we did not want to occupay the place too long, and we did a fast eating and gone back to the room, one more disadvantage is we could not choose the time that we want to take breakfast.

The room seems has been renovated not so long, therefore all are quite new, the bathroom seems new, small kitchen is clean and practical, very useful. Even it needs 15 mins walk to the city cental, it is acceptable. The logis is located in front of the church, and just 2 mins walk from the logis, there are 3 bakeries, bouchery, supermarket, wine shop, very convenient.

Actually nothing particular We loved our stay

The host is super nice and attentive. It's a small charming building, just two steps of a beautiful church, very close to the city center and all tourist places. We took a simple room, everything was quite good, cozy and clean breakfast is good "à la française" and you can fix its time with the host what is really comfortable.

Marie hosted us in the best way possible. She was so nice and attended our needs and questions. Highly recommend the “maison cake” from the breakfast. Very tasty! The room is clean and spacious.

Nothing to do with the property but on street parking for 4 hours was €15.00 so try to find free parking if you can.

Had a lovely one night stay at this property in Angers. Lovely welcome from Marie and the small apartment was perfect for our needs. Everything was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Location was excellent and a short walk to the restaurants and bar quarter.

Room very small, very noisy. Probably the worst experience i have ever had. When i seen Gite i immediately though of a nice place. Instead more like a refugee housing. Bathroom small ideally not for big people. Bed not really that comfortable. Road traffic noise. Passing pedestrians, till early hours of morning even after 3:30am. Corridor very noisy. Anyone entering the main door you hear clearly. Doors banging . We are simple people with simple tAstes. This was way over priced. 90 euro plus tax. Felt more like 35 euros per night

Breakfast was acceptable but would not be to everyones taste. Cold coffee preprepared only to reheat. Nooooo Close to main area for food etc

Breakfast was lovely - apart from the low supply of croissants and baguette on the last day. Marie was extremely helpful.

Breakfest was arranged on the room as it started only at 07:30 which is quite late for business travellers. Also the reception was already closed at 18:30.
