Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FinlandThe room was quite small. Because of this, it would have been nice if the bathroom had a door that closed all the way to give more privacy.
Really like the decor in the hotel, it was clean and appealing. The area had many very nice restaurants and the metro and bus stops were close by. We especially enjoyed having wine and cheese on the balcony one evening.

United StatesThe elevator was very loud during the night (our room was situated right next to it), and there was no lip on the shower floor so the water spreads everywhere and under the bathroom door into the room.
The hotel has lovely decor and the staff is very helpful and responsive.; we needed something at breakfast and they provided immediately. The location is also excellent with quick access to metro/bus.

United StatesThe restroom was quiet small and having to pay for coffee.
Flora and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. The location is minutes away from the metro station. Tons of cafes and restaurants close by.

KyrgyzstanThe rooms and bathrooms are super small. In the latter you must open the shower cabin, if you want to use comfortably the toilet. There is also limited space to store your closings and no desk to put your computer. So overall it is not the perfect hotel for business travelers, but great for leisure
The hotel was brand new renovated and exceptionally clean. The location was great as well, a beautiful neighborhood with many cafes, bars and Parc Monceau in walking distance

United StatesIt was a tiny room, I would have liked more space, but it worked well for the two of us since we were out most of the day.
The rooms are small - but it’s Paris and it’s what I expected. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. I felt safe and it was easy to walk to many Paris attractions from there. Close to metro

United KingdomThe front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. After getting my key I was able to enter my room with no problem. From there, you have the option of stairs or a lift, but access to your room is really easy. The size of the rooms is typical for Europe, but perfect for 1-2 people. It was very clean, almost feeling new and the water pressure was just right in the shower. The temperature in the room is spot on. There is a breakfast option, although I cannot speak to that. Finally, upon checkout, the staff again was quick, friendly, and helpful! I cannot say enough about this hotel, because they really did exceed my expectations.

SwedenThe rooms were very small (smaller than they looked online) and the beds really uncomfortable and hard. Couldn’t sleep at all the 3 nights we stayed. Asked for pillows to sleep on but they didn’t have any. There should have been more places to hang clothes. For example by the mirror in 104. The good thing was that is was clean.
Too expensive breakfast

United KingdomThe hotel was so noisy. To the point that it stopped me sleeping most nights. I was kept awake until gone 3am every night with constant banging and just noise! It’s almost as though there is no sound proofing between the rooms or floors. It felt like people were in my room. I could hear others plugging in chargers, talking and opening/ closing doors and draws. The showers running etc. There were no drink facilities at all in the room- if you wanted a coffee you had to pay into a machine for a rubbish coffee. Honestly it’s overpriced for the quality you receive.
The location was great and the room was decorated nicely.

United StatesMost of the staff I encountered is too young and inexperienced. Some of them had no ability to understand even a basic request for hand soap for the sink or a new set of towels. The reception desk is seated, and feel really unprofessional. The bathroom is so ridiculously small and tight that the shower door literally scrapes against the edge of the toilet. One can't turn in there to towel off and the sink is near the room door, not in the bathroom. The room's front door is so poorly insulated that you can hear any of the doors of the other rooms open and close morning and night, with people talking. Pretty much the same on the window noise from the street, but maybe not as bad. Although if you're on the first floor good luck sleeping when the garbage trucks come. The bed has no headboard, so good luck sitting up watching TV of reading a book in bed.
Then place from the outside and the lobby looks really nicely renovated and painted. The rooms and property felt very clean. The location is convenient and a reasonable walk from Montmartre.

TurkeyHowever, the space was smaller than we expected and didn’t feel very spacious. There was no mini fridge to store our food and drinks—perhaps we should have paid more attention to the listing. The bathroom had a sliding door that didn’t close completely (room 402). Since the room was small and the bathroom was transparent, privacy could be an issue for anyone other than couples (and even for couples, it might be challenging).
The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The balcony was a nice bonus. The location isn’t in the center of Paris, but considering the easy access to the metro, it might not be a problem. Çok uygun fiyatlı.
