Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesI wouldn't even let my shoes touch the filth they dare to call carpet. Covered in stains, it was so disgusting that even thinking about walking on it barefoot or with socks made me shudder. It's hard to believe this is an NH hotel. The bathroom was another nightmare, with only one working light bulb, and I had to request twice for the bulbs to be replaced. As if that wasn't enough, the faucet was leaking from the handle. The entire property was very unkept. There were so many stains and so much dirt that I could only attach two pictures. This experience was so far below NH Hotels' usual standards that I'd sooner call it a 1 or 2-star dump. Avoid at all costs!

HungaryDefinitely not a four star (4*) hotel. The room was so small, like a retro style cabin. The bathroom was full of with mold. The sink was blocked. Check my photos

GermanyClose to train station, makes travelling easier. We could leave our luggage at the hotel after check out and wait there until near our long distance train’s departure. The best part was the friendly staff.

AustraliaThis hotel is not worthy of being part of the NH group, unlike the ones in Amsterdam and Munich. It barely rates as a 3 star let alone a 4 star hotel. The lift didn't work the whole time we were there until the next morning when we checked out so we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to our room. When we did go into the room, it was smaller than the one I booked. After mentioning this to reception, they did change us to a slightly larger room but it was still too small, the bathroom was barely big enough to swing a cat in and the condition was also sub par in that there patches on the walls. All in all, I can barely recommend this hotel except for the location.

GermanyI have no clue how this hotel has 4 stars. The room was insane small and had no good interior and the quality was very bad. The sink was leaking and after taking a shower the whole bathroom was flooded. I expect much more from a hotel on this level
The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very good located

United KingdomThis was the most disgusting hotel I have stayed in.The staff was extremely rude to the point that when we told them that the bedsheets were dirty at our check-in in the room they became agressive and they have changed the bedsheets in front of us ,placing the dirty duvet on the dirty floor and on my boyfriend expensive laptop. The guy who changed the bedsheets was talking loud on the phone while he was changing it,and he was smelling so bad ,I guess that he doesn’t like to use deodorant or to take a daily shower.Me and my partner we had to hold our breath while he was in our room and it took him 30 minutes to change the bedsheets. He put the clean pillow cases on the dirty chair and the clean duvet cover on the floor. Also the bedsheets were still dirty, full of others people’s hair. When we arrived the room was very dirty, the toilet seat had yellow stains and it was full of hair .They have changed the bedsheets 3 times, the 2 nd time they had blood stains on it and the 3 rd time we still found a lot off hair from other people. When talking to the manager she looked very indifferent and she said that she will do something for us.She sent us a tiny box with 3 tiny chocolate truffles with no expiry date on it and gave us a pathetic mini discount. Also when we checked in they gave us a much smaller room than we have paid for and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes at the reception to receive another room. The staff’s aggressive behaviour and the fact that some of them don’t use deodorant and they smell very bad is unacceptable and disgusting!Very lbad experience and they are very very unprofessional !ll
I did not like anything about the property. When we got there we got a much smaller room than the one we paid for and the room and the bathroom was dirty ,full of hair and stains from previous customers.

United KingdomThe hotel was brilliantly located right across the road from the train station, allowing us easy access for our rail journey. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom. We had access to tea and coffee in our room and there was also an iron so we could freshen our clothes for the onward journey. The staff was helpful and efficient.

South KoreaA bit of foot traffic from the train station can pass by at times past the front entrance of the hotel.
The team were very helpful with some outside situations I encountered. They let me use the telephone for an important call until I got a replacement. The windows in the rooms can be open to let fresh air in. There are a lot of nice restaurants l and pâtisseries, bakeries and supermarket in walking distance. The bus stop and metro are practically right there when you exit the hotel and you minutes away from major points of interest.

On entering the hotel it was really nice. It was smart, clean and staff ready to assist you. The room was exactly how it was on the page so we were really pleased with it. The shower was fantastic! The bed was clean and made tidy, and very comfortable. After reading some reviews that some customers were kept awake by the metro trains, that didn't really bother me as staying in the winter the door was shut anyway. You can barely hear them. So we did get a good night sleep. Bonus also being straight across ftom the train station. You can shop, eat, and hop onto all the metros to get you anywhere you needed to go, and it was very cheap. The local people were also very friendly and helpful with helping us with information. If you're travelling by eurostar like we did, the hotel is only a 10 minute walk away, and easy to find as down 1 long road. So overall it was a very pleasant stay. And we would stay again when we go back to Paris.
