Clean, comfortable and a good location for GR20 trek

Quite outdated, it’s in the middle of nowhere, very expensive restaurant, but no other options. They started cleaning in other rooms at 8am, was a bit noisy.

The bed was very comfortable, especially after GR20.

Not many sockets in rooms. Kettles outside room but no tea or coffee supplied, which was weird

Quirky and full of character. The food in the restaurant was good and the staff really friendly.

The rooms all have tiled floors, so you hear chairs being moved, and any sounds in the tiled hallway reverberate, so until all guests are in their beds asleep, it is hard to sleep.

The hotel has a great restaurant. The hotel picked me up from the train station on arrival, then drove me back after check out. The building my room was in was set back away from the road.

Amenities were just okay, bathroom of the room we had could use an update. Wifi is free, but very slow. (20KB/s). The scent in the room was also very noticable. Perhaps too much cleaning products or perfume or mosquito repellent.

Excellent location for starting hike to Monte D'oro and Cascade des Anglais , also friendly staff.

This place is a unique and special place. Very oldy worldy and dated...but in a good way. Few places around anymore with this kind of character... loved it.

I thought the evening meal and breakfast was expensive compared to other places in Corsica we stayed. Food was nice however.

Good location to do GR20. Outside of Vizzavona but in a quiet location surrounded by forest, and close to GR20 trail. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided in a box the night before since we needed to start hiking at 5am.

Great stay! The hotel is run efficiently and the ladies at the reception desk are so welcoming and very happy to help. Excellent base for hikes in the area.

The bathroom was a little basic but clean. There were no coffee making facilities in room.

It was a great location for the GR20, be sure to come off the route early so you don't need to walk up from Vizzavona. Really friendly staff and the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was excellent.

Location at start from midpoint to northern section of GR20, near Cascade D'Anglais Lovely rustic feel in the bar and sitting room, with a fire to dry your clothes and lots of comfy seating. The dinner and breakfast were great (slightly pricey), and they offered a packed lunch for the hike that day.

The room seemed to have a hint of dampness. Another annoying issue was the lack of a socket close to a table or bedside.

The hotel is in a really quiet surrounding. The room was spacious enough with all the basic amenities one would need for a night. It's close to one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Corsica: Cascade des Angles. Generous parking for your car.

Building we were in was a bit loud at times- could here others opening and closings door to rooms.

Great location in the mountains. Excellent staff that were helpful and friendly. Room was in building behind main hotel and we had a view of the mountains which was nice. Wonderful breakfast available and also had a great dinner one night. Nice, calm setting. Access to hiking was added bonus.

Cleaners trying to get in room from 8 a.m., fire alarm going off for 30 mins in morning , no tea and coffee in room, difficult to get to without car
