Very spacious room with a nice little kitchenette. Comfortable beds and airconditioning was a lifesaver. Great for a stopover of one night. Breakfast was lovely!

The size of the room, space to open the suitcase and even the bathroom didn’t have counter space.

The room was ok but a little bit too small, not enough space to spread the two suitcases on the floor, so I had to use the kitchen as extra space. The staff was really helpful.

The couch-bed could be more comfortable (it kept doing noises whenever someone moved a little). The towels were clean but you could tell they were "old" and "over" used.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The little "kitchen" has everything you need. The tv and chrometv thing that you can connect your phone.

It is located in a nice place in Montpellier and there are a couple of large supermarkets close to it, almost 20 minutes walk to city centre. Our room had a kitchenette and we could easily cook.

No curtain or blind in the room, just a security shutter. The air conditioning whined, so we couldn't use it because of the noise

Room was smaller than we expected. So much heat emanating from the bulb in the bathroom. Would be great if they would swap it for some power saving bulbs.

Free parking around. We didn't have to pay but paid parking is not so bad. The location is ok. Not central but there is a bus station right around the corner to get you into the city. 1.60 per trip. There is also an app for that

We did some detour from our bike trip along the Via Rhôna to reach Montpellier. The rooms had a small kitchen area but a few tools were already missing and the dish washing machine didn't work perfectly. The rooms where clean but seemed to be a litte bit worn here and there. The employees were very kind and showed us that the best way to reach the hotel by bike is to first follow the river to the city center and then take the road to the hotel. The bikes were parked in a seminar room which was used only by individual people during the time of our stay.

We didn't like the fact of beeing in the room 128 which was noisy and without air conditioning ( was there but out of work). Its bed wasn't comfortable. The sofa and chairs were old with lot of wear traces. After 2 nights there, we exposed this issue to the reception and they offres us tow fans. Fortunately, "Stanley" a professional receptionist saved the situation and proposed us the room 309 in "ovalie 2" ( a hotel dependency 100 m next to the first one) and there, we had a verry confortable room and AC was working. Remark: The reception manager, a Latin lady, was not welcoming at all, especially after I asked her for an invoice when I paid the 10 night fee (+/- 1300€) at the entrance. She told me that no bill could be issued even though I had just paid!!! Her employee printed it out for me within 30 seconds, I don't think she knows how to use the software provided.

We liked the second room that we had in Ovalie 2.

the apartment is comfortable, but a small things can be added and it will give a high value, like a small sink in the toilet instead of make the complete turn to the bathroom. (there is already a place for it)

the hotel situation is in the middle between the old town or city center and the beach, a big market near by , in addition to many shops, The AC was top, we were in the canicular period, and we could not feel it inside the apartment

The location is a bit out of the city, so you should be careful to check the bus or tram times because you can't stay out very late. Of course you can walk for about half an hour from the city center, but I did not personally want to do that. You have to pay extra for the laundry. The breakfast is very expensive, especially considering the room price, I believe it should have been included.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, it had a mini kitchenette which is always useful, a big bathtub (although you couldn't fill it up) and the toilet was separate. There is an elevator which makes it easy to go up to your room. There is also a laundry space, and the people at the reception were nice.
