Spacious room had a large bathroom. Kitchen included microwave, meals for microwaving available in foyer. Very good for us was the parking garage which enabled us to reorganise the load in our car in security prior to homeward leg.

Room was different than the photo, offer the same material but nothing fancy , need to be painted ( stain and marks on the walls) - bathroom door to replace (not sure it was recent damage) to have to bring down my own bin to a container even for short stay. breakfast is too basic for the price

My bed was over-the-top squeaky. Kept me awake all night. At some point I didn't dare to move anymore because I did not want to wake up my partner. In the end this gave me back pain. Overall great hotel, but the bed ruined a lot.

The kitchen was inside a cabinet. It was difficult to use it even for using microwave oven as it was inconveniently placed at the top shelf.

The room was bit small given the price they charged. The location is good near to many restaurants and very short distance to the bus stop.

I chose street parking.It was holiday/summer season ( July ) so relatively easy to find a spot BEFORE 6 pm....

Room was spacious and quiet. We liked our kitchen area. No street noise.Very good breakfast.

The scrambled eggs were not good and the choice of food not great.

Everything was great with the room, location, staff etc just the breakfast which was extra was disappointing

The hob did not work, and management did not fix it. The TV did not have. Netflix or Amazon as they had not yet been installed - so everything French. The phone to the concierge was faulty. The cab from the airport cost €20, but the one called by the concierge cost €27 for the return, with no traffic or hold-ups. There were no leaflets, decent maps, bus route maps, or information about how to pay for buses, where the tourist office was. Many leaflets that had nothing to do with Rennes.

Comfy beds, bathrooms, kitchen equipment, the lobby. But top of the list the café MY across the road.

The bathroom needs an update. The walls have dirty stains and the toilet seat in our room has strange blue marker scratches on it.

The room is very spacious, and the little kitchen well-equipped. The hotel has its own parking.

The room is very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty complete for the price paid 12 eur. Very good. Located at 10 min walking distance from downtown. Paid street parking.

property does not allow to book parking, but when we arrived we were told that parking is fully booked and we won’t get any space there for the full stay. so is it bookable or not?

Can’t find fault

On arrival the staff were super efficient with 24/7 check in. We arrived early and were able to park our car in the secure underground car park. The location is great, a leisurely shady stroll passing many cafes and bars before reaching the old city. On return the air-conditioning was most welcome in the extreme heat. We only stayed one night , but the rooms are well equipped for longer stays . Mini - kitchen area , clothes airer and best of all a retracting washing line in the shower . Really impressed - it was the most budget friendly of our tour and was the only one that ticked all the boxes

The location is brilliant, not too expensive & I thought was value for money. Couldn't really fault anything.

The airconditioning didn't work very well but temperature in general was ok.

Nice hotel on 10 minutes walk of the city (via a street where almost no cars are allowed). Very large room with small kitchenette in it, making it possible to cook yourself. We even had a furnitured balcony. Rather cheap parking possible in front of the building.

Parking was quite expensive so we parked on the street as we were only staying one night.

Overall very satisfied with our stay. Happily stay here again. Centrally located, easily accessible to the city and secure parking. Would be happy to recommend this accommodation.

Overall, everything thing meet expectation. A few minor items of note, the hand wash and the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom were both empty and there was no spare toilet roll. Simply conveys a slight lack of attention to detail.
