Nothing, everything was great. Lift is quite small but that is pretty common in older Paris buildings.

Great location, facing into quieter streets. Staff incredibly friendly, welcomed us like we were VIPs nothing was ever too much trouble. Beautiful rooms and toiletries, firm but comfy beds. Decent sized rooms for Paris, too.

We really had a wonderful stay. Super easy to get to from CDG Airport as there’s an RER B stop a short walk from the hotel. The hotel also offer reasonably priced transfers. On arrival we received a warm, personal introduction from the very friendly Adam. This included an explanation that we could use the facilities at Espirt hotels across Paris. We were even offered a welcome glass of bubbles. Friendly staff was a recurring theme for stay and we were always greeted with warm smiles. The room was clean and comfortable with a huge window overlooking the quaint Left Bank streets. There was complimentary tea and coffee as well as refrigerated water (still and sparkling) and cola in room. All were replenished daily. Overall, the hotel served as a great base from which to explore Paris. We could easily walk to most of the major monuments but it’s equally charming to just explore all the streets along the way. The hotel doesn’t have much in the way of public facilities or spaces so if you’re looking for grand bars and restaurants this isn’t the place for you. There’s a cosy breakfast room/lounge by reception where you find a small honesty bar. The wine was surprisingly tasty, as was the continental breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again. The vibe suited us perfectly. I’d recommend for people who want somewhere friendly and comfortable with a great location but don’t plan to spend most of their time in the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond for us. I asked for chocolate, flowers and champagne delivered to the room and they were fantastic with response and delivery! We had to change rooms because we started in deluxe and moved to a classic room, and they moved our bags for us and it went smoothly. We only had breakfast one of the days but it was very good! Mini fridge in room and we also called for an iron w/o issue. The location is great. Easy from the airport on blue B and yellow C to Versailles and Eiffel Tower. Walking distance to Notre Dame and Le Marais. The fondue at restaurant next door was heavenly.

Fantastic location as a base to explore Paris. Everything can be reached on foot from here. Long walks along the Seine, beautiful architecture of the surroundings and timeless landmarks everywhere.

Although we purposely picked staying a little further away, it was a bit tougher to get to some of the main attractions.

The room was more spacious than I imagined with a lot of windows. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout shades helped with any jet lag. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and we even had one gentleman who wanted to practice English with us which was refreshing. Location was charming - many places to eat and very quick to get to Notre Dame and the metro.

very french, it’s out the way from the the hustle & bustle. The staff were great, they made sure we was certain on our travels explaining what routes to take regarding the metro. They also pointed us to the best restaurants. Cannot complain at all, had a lovely weekend away.

Our stay at Hôtel Parc Saint-Séverin was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Latin Quarter, with amazing restaurants, charming streets, and iconic landmarks just steps away. The walkability made exploring Paris effortless. The staff was outstanding—always smiling, incredibly helpful, and eager to make our stay special. Our room was cozy, spotless, and full of Parisian charm.

Great place just a stone's away from the Notre Dame. Located in the heart of the 5th Arrondissement. Well connected irrespective of if you're travelling from/ to the airport (RER) or within Paris (Metro). Good place to make your base if you're in Paris to soak in the sights, shop till you drop or to experience the Parisien nightlife. Great rooms and friendly staff. When I go back to Paris, I won't need to think twice about where I'll be staying. In room amenities were also great.

We had some noise from outside and from some equipment in the building, but nothing terrible. The breakfast could have some more veg to offer, but again, not crucial. The rooms are not big, but this is the reality in most of the hotels in Paris.

Not a huge deal, as there is always someone at reception. But just used to keeping room keys on myself, so there is the extra step of leaving your key/picking it up at reception every time you step out/in.

Good location if you're looking to be close to Notre Dame & surrounding areas. Cute room with a decently sized bathroom, and bed is comfortable. Room is small, but think that is quite standard for Paris. Staff are friendly & helpful. Close to a Metro station and lots of nice little restaurants in the area.
