We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great place for solo travelers, safe and good location. But the beds were not so comfortable. Good option in general -price wise- and great shared rooms but not so comfortable.

Do research of the way to the place, as I had some problem to find it. I have called the reception. Reception couldn't direct me to the hostel. Even I have given the name of the street where I was. Still he was not capable to direct me. Thanks to the people on the street who directed me towards the place. When I have arrived to the hostel with help of people. I have asked the receptionist, he replied that it was not him. Although I feel that it was the person I have spoken on the phone. Even with Google map it was not easy to find it. Good luck!

New ZealandIt felt a little dystopian with so many beds crammed next to one another, each one in a little box with only the foot open to the room. Also, super low ceilings on the bed, I couldn't even sit up properly. Difficult to safely get in and out of the bed as, combined with a low ceiling, there was no gap in the railing, making it very awkward.
Big lockers. More than enough bathroom facilities to properly accommodate the number of people in each room. Private and clean.

United KingdomThe location is about 17 min walk from the metro. There is a bus until half way as well. The hotel is on top of a steep after having to climb 50+ stair. It put me extremely out of breath. It’s not suitable for those with heavy luggage or those who’d like to explore the city by foot and would like to come back to the hotel during breaks. I wish this was mentioned clearly in the description. There was a cafe staff with a mask off (I think he’s the manager) who was looking over my shoulders to make sure I wasn’t taking an extra pastry on my express breakfast. This was the only day out of 3 nights I had this experience and it was quite disrespectful. I didn’t see him be this way to other French customers. I think he was just paranoid about his croissants even though the hotel was half empty!
The dorms and shower were very clean. Most staff were helpful and kind. The express breakfast was nice as well. Easy checkin and check out process

AustraliaThe check in process is totally arduous, no links through Booking.com to pre check in and totally duplicative for families. Very limited options for people on a gluten free diet. Location is not that public transport friendly. But hey, we love our stay!
This is a cool concept, a hotel come backpackers that feels equally comfortable for single backpackers, coworkers, families on holidays and seniors taking a break . It’s fresh, fun and inclusive. Loved the bar and kitchen integration.
