Everything is within walking distance. The room was well designed. It was nice and quiet. The staff is very helpful and they speak many different languages fluently!

The room size is a bit too small but overall is OK.

The locationis superb, only a few minutes walk from thr train station and to the heart of Chamonix. Bed is so comfort.

Paid more and chose one of the summet rooms, as I thought I would be getting aircon as listed in the description of the room and also from previous comments on reviews from the hotel. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and they turn off the aircon in May cause it's "cold at night in Chamonix". Please change your listing, this is misleading and unfortunately I wasn't offered any compensation for paying extra for this amenity not being included. The room was very warm during the day and at night you will need to keep the window open but with the noise from the bar downstairs, this isn't ideal.

The location was perfect, very close to everything you need. The room had an amazing view of the mountains.

The only down side to our room was the view. This was a last minute stay so we couldn't be too picky. But we just looked out into a middle area over the glass ceiling gym.

The staff went above and beyond. We unfortunately had to stop our hike of the TMB due to weather so we booked this room last minute. We were able to get a late check out to enjoy Chamonix in the time between our check out and our very late departure later that night. They gave us useful information regarding things to do in town and did not pressure us to leave any sooner than we were able. Over all the staff made this stay an +A.

The location was ideal for us as we did not have a vehicle. It was close to the train station, shopping, and great restaurants. Although a bit small, our room was clean and functional. It had a balcony to enjoy the views and fresh air. The sauna was accessible to us. It was very relaxing after a long, cold day at the Aiguille and the train to Montonvers/Mer de Glacé. The property decor was classy and unique to the story of Isabelle. The breakfast was good. I would have liked more fresh fruit, but over all, it served its purpose. The staff was friendly and helpful as my husband and I don’t speak French. The hotel restaurant was not open for dinner at the time we arrived, and we were famished after a long train ride. The front desk referred us to a delicious eating establishment up the street. We were definitely impressed and will stay again at Point Isabelle. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer in Chamonix!

I stayed in Saturday which is Sunday night ... the people partying with load music I couldn't sleep till late 2 am If you close the window the room getting hot ... if you open the window all noises up in your room. Best solutions is to add ACs in the room. This is from my view.. could be better solutions

The night receptionist was not equipped for an early check out.

I was on a road trip and chose the town as a point of stopping, I booked the hotel on route approx. 2hrs before arrival, They were ready for us and paperwork in place on our arrival. Really nice place.

As I was travelling by car, I chose this hotel because it was marked as offering parking. This was not the case though. A few days before my arrival I received a message stating that parking had to be booked separately. When I wrote back to book a parking space, I was told the parking lot was already fully booked, which was somewhat disappointing and I ended up having to use the underground car park at Pl. du Mont Blanc.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of town and just minutes away from all main attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff at the hotel, bar and restaurant was friendly. My room was quiet and had a fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony.
