The receptionist was hardly welcoming - made up for by the woman in the breakfast room. Local roadworks made getting there past midnight very tying

The breakfast (an extra) is fine. Room is just what you'd expect in this type of place, very clean in general even if the wastebin had not been emptied. Good price, Close to airport. Would use again

Not the cleanest hotel. I found fake eye lashes by the sink in the bathroom. Disgusting. No sockets next to bed. Very small shower with curtains, not great as I kept touching the curtain. Very basic breakfast: coffee, yogurt,fruit ( orange or apples),two types of cereal,bread ( there is no toaster) and croissant.no fresh juice, just out of press button machine

Good location. 10 min on the bus from airport. Bus stop literally across the road. Fast check in and check out. Aircon in the room. Good size room for price I paid

Soap dispenser only in shower. Would have been helpful to have had soap at the sink! Would have loved a kettle but appreciate this isn't common in these types of hotels in Europe. General lack of maintenance eg bulbs in room lights not working but nothing huge.

Very helpful and accomodating staff in Campanile to which hotel is linked. Clean hotel with quiet well insulated rooms and great air con system. Good location for Bordeaux with bus 1.7 single from right outside hotel to City centre. Great stopover also for onwards journeys as near motorway. Will be easier once tram work completed!

The roadworks around make it a bit confusing to get to the place.

20 minutes walking from an airport, it was quite fast and easy to get to the hotel, also you can use bus number 1 to reach it. 24/7 reception with no extra charges, very nice staff. An ideal place to sleep a night near an airport. Breakfast included fresh fruits, crossaints, butter, juices, coffee and some more things. Sound isolation is great.

People traveling to North Africa use this hotel as a stopover and who had no respect whatsoever for the night rest of other guests by running in the hall after midnight

Due to a booking error there was no more free room and we got upgraded to a Campanile room, with complimentary breakfast.... The lady night manager did a terrific job running 2 hotels all alone

Shower handset leaked somewhat and the curtain didn't stop the water from spreading over most of the floor. A minor irritation however.

The room was clean and of a good size. The bathroom was nice and big (suitable for guest with handicaps). Double bed very comfy. Good gluten-free bread was an extra bonus. Thanks!

Only two small pillows on the bed and would have been great to have a kettle and some coffee/tea in the room.

There were two hotels on the site and you could have the choice to eat at either place. The bus to Bordeaux and the airport was just across the road. There is a new tramline being built, which will be fantastic once completed. There are different restaurants and bars in the vicinity of the hotel. We booked last minute as our flights were cancelled and stayed in the 2*. The rooms were basic but for a place to put your head for night it was great. Staff were amazing especially Hanky, very helpful and couldn't do enough for you!!
