The room was clean and of a decent size, just what we needed for a one night stay. Staff were friendly and we were given a discount card for a restaurant just down the road. (Having driven all day it was nice to walk somewhere for dinner) breakfast was good and at a reasonable price.

Very convenient location for Caen Memorial. A nice modern hotel with secure parking. The hotel and rooms were all clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. It is also within easy walking distance of reasonable restaurants.

The air conditioning was not adequate, the lowest it could be adjusted to was 22 degrees, as the temp was in the mid to high 20s it server no purpose. I asked a staff member if it could be adjusted and was told it was not possible to adjust. We slept 3 nights with the window wide to try to cool the room but to no avail

It was perfectly functional for what we were looking for, a base for exploring the D-Day landings. Location was a bit off the beaten track for heading into Caen for the evening.

The shower head was not on securely. But this did not detract from the great power and heat control of the system. Customers should be reminded to keep the car park gate code with them when leaving early as we left ours at the desk.

Comfortable and as described in the advertisement. Access was easy and check-in was rapid. The information given by the staff was helpful and they resolved a small issue very quickly and professionally.

Breakfast could've been better. They advertised non-stop buffet but a buffet is NOT just bread, a cheap pastry, jam and butter jam, and cereal. There must be a selection of cold meats, eggs, cheeses etc. So it wasn't worth the price we paid, and certainly wasn't a BUFFET. As usual a reluctance by staff to speak any language apart from French.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing - a little over priced for the selection on offer. The coffee vending machine in the lobby didn’t work.

Good base to explore the city with secure parking and friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are basic but clean with decent size en-suite shower room. Walking distance from a large supermarket and restaurants.

The area seems a bit shady, walked alone to the city in the evening and didn't seem safe

Staff bit grumpy when we arrived. Poor breakfast: nothing salted, no croissant or typical french pastries, leaking toilet, no soap on sink but dispenser in shower but bit broken, had to hold it otherwise would break.

Quite area, close to supermarket, gate locked at night for cars, clean, bed ok for couple of nights, small orange switch for light over your head bit annoying.
