1) The price paid was higher than in the voucher from booking.com. Total value was 276,29, while the booking reservation to be paid at the Hotel was 207. The check in was made in the automatic machine (late check in) and the Hotel staff attendend ate the reception did wanted to understand and was willing to help in the next day, just saying that "this a booking problem". 2) The same attendant ignored our request to fix the bed, which had the frame broken. No measures were taken. Very bad respect to customer. Will never return to this place

The beds were made and at first all looked well, but the sheets still dirty and covered with hair. After complaining, we were offered another room, which turned out to have the same issue after which we had to wait a while for them to look for rooms in the hotel that were actually cleaned.

Everything was fine except for a noisy neighbour. They were very loud late at night and we needed to get up early. We went downstairs and asked the staff to ask the customers to quiet down and not to smoke in the room!!! The staff were fantastic.

Excellent check-in and information given by staff. The gate closure and opening were explained. The rooms were comfortable and very clean - most impressive.

Very basic room, stripped bare but fit for purpose. Accessibility was good, short walk to good boulangerie and restaurants.

The property gave us bed bug bites, the receptionist was quite clearly either high or coming down from drug use.. I walked in at 6pm and was ‘shushed’ as he retreated to the office for another receptionist to deal with me😂 Oh, and the toilet was dripping all night, But apart from that..

The location was great for our trip, a one night stopover to see the memorial museums on the way from Tours to Calais.

Beds were rock hard, with annoying red light on the light switch that was always on, staff could not be described as friendly, tho not unpleasant, more matter of fact. Lack of International translation on vending machines, and the coffee machine was out of order, or maybe we just couldn't work it out! Should have used Google translate! The toilet broke, thankfully just as we were leaving.

Good location, away from busy roads and next to a Super U, Netto and fuel station, quiet area, plenty of free parking.Good price.

If you arrive after reception hours as we did, the checking in procedure with code numbers etc was very tiresome. There are not enough instructions to tell you what you need to do... and when you do finally work it out the procedure was sooooo slow!

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the shower was nice and hot.

Didn't have any amenities in the bathroom, not even a toilet brush, only a multi-purpose soap in the shower, so every time you wanted to wash your hands you had to open the shower door, lean in, squeeze the bottle, close the door, wash your hands in the sink.

Easy access from the highway, big parking lot. We appreciated the lady at reception for doing our check-in even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time listed by the property, she was nice! Room was very small but didn't bother us, we stayed only for one night so it was ok.

Male manager was unhelpful and obnoxious. Knows nothing about customer service. Female evening staff was right the opposite very very helpful. Excellent customer service. We are old and disabled and needed help. Internet did not work. Which was a real problem.

AC didn't work. We can sleep because the temperature outside was pleasant and open the window during night time.
