Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe instructions to find the after hours check-in were not comprehensive enough. 1st gate is difficult to identify as at night it is not clear it is a gate; it felt more like an entrance. It said by the traffic light, but it would be helpful to also say when turning into the compound from the main road. At the entrance to the hotel car park, it would be good to have a map to where to go for check in. This is only at the hotel door itself that was only reachable via a little gate at the back. Also the instructions said to wait for print, but it was not printing. You had to photograph the little screen. Also when the room number was displayed the car park entrance gate code was given; at any subsequent screens only the code for the room was given. Please alert future guests to the importance to note down the car park code immediately. The room code can be requested again.

CanadaIt is a very small room. Ok for one night. You can upgrade to a larger size room, but that is more money. There is no coffee machine, microwave or mini fridge, but there is a communal microwave and a machine in the lobby. There was also no hand towel in the room. Just bath towels and a floor towel for getting out of the shower. TIP: restaurants and grocery stores are closed on Sundays so plan accordingly.
Location is close to the airport, which was good for us, but it is a very industrial location. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was fantastic! Great that it also had free parking. Bath towels were nice and soft.staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

SwedenA bit complicated to get to the hotel. It is located in a gated industrial area and you have to check in in a machine at the gate to get a code to enter. Everything under a burning sun...
Very good ac in the heat wave. Safe parking Modern, fresh room and bath room Good breakfast Fast food and supermarkets not far away(outside walking distance)

UkraineIt is impossible to get to the hotel. At the entrance to the territory there is a gate with a combination lock. There is a call center support booth everywhere. The call center doesn't even know that there is a gate to the hotel. The code is only given after check-in. Even if you book, they will not send you any code. This is absurd. If you book with cash, they require a bank card number. Why are there such requirements? This is not in the conditions in booking. that is, a deposit for damage is possible. There is no fixed deposit amount. This is an extremely strange requirement from a hotel. I had to pay online. Then there are no questions. The only thing that pleases us is the friendly staff. France is full of gates, fences, roundabouts and inappropriately expensive toll roads. Au revoir France, nous ne viendrons plus vers vous!
The hotel is new, clean, relatively inexpensive. The only thing that pleases us is the friendly staff.

FranceLocation: Getting to the airport at weird hours is annoying from this hotel. I wish I had paid an extra 20-30 euros to book someplace closer that could put me in a shuttle, or something along those lines -- this hotel has no airport shuttle, and booking a taxi through them cost 40 euros. You should be able to uber for less, usually, but it's a bit risky if your flight is at a weird hour. There was only one walkable place to eat. Also, there are two slow & annoying gates, meaning if you want a taxi to pick you up then you need to give them the entry codes and wait for the gates to open.
Slept great ahead of my flight! Fully automated check-in (that I didn't quite experience because their systems were down, but it seemed promising)
