Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A/C in room quite loud and operates only in full power mode, ear plugs are definitely recommended, also for external noise (power generator in parking lot).
Good location for one overnight stop, friendly staff, breakfast with good price-quality-ratio, large parking lot.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. But I slept well on it. I believe it is a memory foam mattress which I dislike.

The room was a bit small for three people, and it was a bit chilly, which made the stay less comfortable.
We stayed here while in town for the Lindsey Sterling concert. The location was convenient for getting to and from the venue, and it was easy to find, especially being near the highway. The hotel was clean and practical, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was friendly. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay or if you’re on a budget. Just don’t expect a lot of space or warmth in the room.

The area had nothing like a restaurant or cafes, so you needed to drive somewhere further. Also the rooms didn’t have much of soundproofing, and as mine was located on the ground floor many people were passing by my window.
It was a good solution for a basic accommodation in the area.

Great for sleepovers during travel. The big benefit is parking. Clean room. Hot water, free Wi-Fi. Not far away there is a supermarket.

I wasn’t aware I couldn’t pay cash for the stay and I had to use a credit card. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The one pillow provided was tiny . Dogs barking ll night both nights.

We hear all the noise. And near the window was some generator who every second hour start working. Making a big noise.

The staff was nowhere to be found when I wanted to return the key, the breakfast was scarce, just a couple of pieces of bread, ham and a coffee machine. Since we were there for only 1 night they gave us a small room, which is fair, but it was very very very small and the bathroom too.
They have a big parking with security. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I have a hearing disability, so it was kind of surprising that all of a sudden the cleaner comes in 9:30 in the morning when I'm still sleeping😅 this happened many times even though the check out time is at 12. The room wasnt very clean when we arrived, when we changed the sheet for our blanket the blanket was full of stains.
Secured parking place & lowest price. The hostst were very nice and understanding. We had to take our car to a fixer so we needed to extend our stay one day at a time and got late check in too.

The bed was not so comfortable it was sinking in. Bathroom was not very clean. I think they gave us the worst room because we had a dog.
The motel was okay for one night.

The first night, I complaint to another guest smoking inside the room that the smell make me sleep very unconfortable. The staff help me to take care of the issue. Water drainage in the washing basin drains slow. Forgot to report it at the first night.
Staff are good and helpful. A coffee and snack vending machin and microwave is in the hall way.
