Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bedside lights were not working and not attended to even after informing the receptionist.

It would be great if they could add more vending machines with microwaveable food and other quick options for travelers in a hurry.
Première Classe Roissy - Aéroport CDG - Le Mesnil-Amelot is a very basic place, but it does the job — especially thanks to its proximity to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The surroundings are quite limited in terms of options, but the person who welcomed us was extremely polite and helpful, which made the experience much more pleasant.

Deceptive picture showing 3 twin beds in a row when I booked the reservation.
The room was clean. What was deceptive was that we booked a room with 3 twin beds. The picture showed 3 twin beds all in a row. When we got to the hotel there was 2 twin beds and a bunk bed above the twin beds. We are all senior citizens. I asked the hotel and they stated that 3 twin beds all in a row is a room booked from a party of 4.

Having a more welcoming staff was better; it wasn't bad but could be better.
It was easy to reach by bus from the airport (it costs only 2 euros). Also, the shuttle was available on 7 euros.

Not too close to the airport. Not enough pillows (1 per person), pillows had no pillow cover!!! No hand soap, lotion or soap (only a body soap/shampoo with dispenser installed in the shower).
Room close to airport. Suitable for short overnight transit when a bed and shower are needed.

There are two properties with the same name except for one part. Apparently they get mixed up a lot…and I also mixed it up. Just not a great feeling. Also there was no bar soap in my bathroom and the towels I couldn’t tell if they were fresh or not.
I loved how close it was to the airport making it a great place to end your stay in Paris with an early departure!

Not far from Charles de Gaulle so one night to catch flight - can fare is about the same as the hotels minibus service for two people and more convenient. The hotel's airport transfer service runs on limited hours and times so we used BOLT to call a cab. The village is nice and has a lovely bakery - easy walk from hotel.

No bins in the room. The vending machine was not working. I got there late, so there were no other options around that I was aware of. No hand wash at the sink provided. A loud water/pipe noise all night didn't wake me up, though.
Close to the airport yet felt expensive if no shuttle available. Very clean room. Staff very friendly.

Only one pillow per person and, outside of reception times, it was not possible to get any extra pillows. Given our itinerary, it wasn't possible to be at the hotel during the opening hours of the reception and, although it was still possible to check-in at the adjoining hotel, they could not help with the provision of extra pillows.
Not too far from Charles de Gaulle airport, which was a necessity and decent facilities available at the hotel next to it.

Only single beds in our room (would have preferred a queen for me and my partner). No one was at the reception when we arrived so we had to go to the campanile reception a block away and had to wait.
Breakfast was good (good coffee , croissants, yogurts) and bed were confortable.
