We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Première Classe Roissy - Aéroport CDG - Le Mesnil-Amelot is a very basic place, but it does the job — especially thanks to its proximity to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The surroundings are quite limited in terms of options, but the person who welcomed us was extremely polite and helpful, which made the experience much more pleasant.

The room was clean. What was deceptive was that we booked a room with 3 twin beds. The picture showed 3 twin beds all in a row. When we got to the hotel there was 2 twin beds and a bunk bed above the twin beds. We are all senior citizens. I asked the hotel and they stated that 3 twin beds all in a row is a room booked from a party of 4.

CanadaThere are two properties with the same name except for one part. Apparently they get mixed up a lot…and I also mixed it up. Just not a great feeling. Also there was no bar soap in my bathroom and the towels I couldn’t tell if they were fresh or not.
I loved how close it was to the airport making it a great place to end your stay in Paris with an early departure!

CanadaNot far from Charles de Gaulle so one night to catch flight - can fare is about the same as the hotels minibus service for two people and more convenient. The hotel's airport transfer service runs on limited hours and times so we used BOLT to call a cab. The village is nice and has a lovely bakery - easy walk from hotel.

Given our itinerary, it wasn't possible to be at the hotel during the opening hours of the reception and, although it was still possible to check-in at the adjoining hotel, they could not help with the provision of extra pillows.
Not too far from Charles de Gaulle airport, which was a necessity and decent facilities available at the hotel next to it.
