It was very far away from the airport, and the room was extremely basic. Not comfortable. It's just like one of those cheap travel hotels in mainland China , but those Chinese hotels are only 1/10 of the price.

Room was relatively clean, has air conditioner... Staff at the reception was alright? That's about it.

Shuttle to hotel And airport

The information of how to catch the shuttle to the hotel from the airport that has been posted by the hotel is incorrect. The Shuttle bus is not on level 5 as per the message given by the hotel due to construction works.It is outside terminal 2B on the right. You should past Carl's Junior restaurant on your way from 2D toward 2B. It took a good one hour going back and forth to find the shuttle bus. The room did not have a kettle The bathroom had a bad smell. I think the bathroom filter was old and hadn't been cleaned.

The staff including the shuttle drivers were friendly. The room was suitable for one night and it was close to the airport.

Staff were incompetent, outside smoking every time I went reception. Breakfast was terrible, out of food, no toaster for the toast.

The introduction of the hotel is misleading, I thought I could take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport, in fact, the hotel is at least five or six kilometers away from the airport, relatively remote, and the network car driver went the wrong way. When you leave in the morning, you will have to pay 7 euros per person to get to the airport. You have to consider the cost of the hotel, as well as the cost of entry and exit hotel

Power slots in the room didn't work, it is not possible to charge laptop/phone in the room. The staff does not know when it will be fixed. She proposed to charge at reception but that is not purpose, we need inside the room.

Room was reasonably ok, hotel was close to airport. So it worked very well for location and car return.

Our flight came late and the checkin clerk was very rude, slow and took an hour to figure out how to give us the room. Room was small, cramped, no amenities, and the blankets had even stains. Aweful hotel.

I was not pleased with the housekeeping staff repeatedly attempting to enter our room to check if we were checking out, which happened on three occasions.

I found the location of Première Classe Roissy - Aéroport CDG - Le Mesnil-Amelot to be convenient as it was near the airport, making it suitable for a one-night stay.

Poor facilities in the room apart from bed & shower. Not even an electric jug or drinking glasses.

The hotel rooms are very small as are the bathrooms. No shampoo or conditioner was provided. We were unable to find the air conditioning unit to make the room cooler. In the morning, our taxi arrived at 6:15 and the breakfast room was not available or open prior to our departure.

The receptionist upon arrival was very pleasant and helpful! He was able to reserve a taxi for us in order to make the airport the next morning.

the room was to small very basic, the cost of the suttel bus was expensive on my email it said it was 5 èuros but when we got there it was 7 euros each way so for the two of us it was 28 euros a day to travel from the hotel to airport and back which took about 10mins each way, food and beer very dear if you what to eat and drink at the hotel.

Usual premiere classe facility. Friendly welcome. Close to airport. Good value. Area is quiet. Liked watching planes take off from runway only a few metres away

The location was very close to the airport and had a shuttle to get us back to the airport. The location was a bit shady. Room was very small and quite outdated.

It had exactly what we needed: a bed and a bathroom for the night.
