Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not very clean. Carpet in rooms are dirty. Room was dusty and stuffy.

Check in confusing. Same desk, 2 people with a sign I only noticed once the person in front of me got served. I work in Hospitality and the purpose of the desk is to quickly get guests to their rooms. My hotel line was the busiest, it did not make sense for me
Shuttle came quickly, room spacious enough. Close to a small grocery shop where I was able to get water and snacks

Terrible experience, should be adviced NOT to have children with you if you choose to lodge here. Zero basic amenities (bottled water, toothpaste, hairdryer etc). Standard was very poor, bedsheets were nasty, filthy looking with holes in some of them, the room stunk of cigarette. The bathroom sink had hair all over it. We’re lucky this was simply a one night stay before connecting flight.
Nothing other than the location in terms of proximity to the Airport for our connecting flight.

The guy at reception when I arrived was very rude. I Asked him where I could have dinner that night and he told me that I had to go out at the city, walking. I did so, but later at 20.00 I went downstairs and I found a buffet with people eating, and I didnt understand why the guy had lied to me by saying that there was no dinner that night because he had no waiters
There was a good buffet at night and morning in the close restaurant. It is very close to ariport

Cheap breakfast! Rude staff No respect for clients. Beds not comfortable. The only good thing is the evening restaurant and the staff at the restaurant. Bad experience and will never go back to that hotel.

There was no shampoo/shower gel in the bathrom and they forgot to give us towels!!! We arrived very late, and reception was closed.

It's basic, but has everything you need.
It is what it is, a budget hotel next to the airport. Don't expect anything more than a bed and bathroom which is perfect for a airport hotel. We arrived late at night, it was a ten min taxi from the airport.

if you want to go to the center of Paris, there is 1 hour and a half

I checked in at 4pm but the 2nd floor room wasn't ready. I was given a room on the ground floor which I wasn't happy about. The bed was lumpy and the toilet seat didn't stay up. I wouldn't call it Premiere Classe. (I know you won't print this).
Close to airport CDG, shuttle was helpful. Shower was great. The little town near the hotel was pretty with a few shops and restaurants.

The room and the bed dirty. Staff at reception rude. unconfortable bed and location not easy to get even though I was at the airport CDG between 9 and 10 pm. For all these reasons the price is too expensive for a 2 starts hotel.

The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and hotel to the airport is horrible. It’s below a 3rd world standard country . I just can’t believe that in France there is such a poor, substandard and horrible transportation service between airport and hotel.Just for this reason I will never book a room at this hotel again. I will avoid transiting through CDG all together.
The hotel is ok for 1 night stay as you wait for your next flight.
