Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wouldn't stay more than one night but OK for a stopover.

The room key was temperamental, but the room opened eventually. Extra pillows and blankets in the room, as well as bottled water in the vending machine, would have been good.
The surrounding area and the staff were very friendly 😀. I lost a valuable item on my journey and realised in the morning at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and reassured me that they would call me soon if they found it and ordered a taxi for me for my onwards travel..

The shuttle is horrible, the shuttle's driver doesn't respect time and people, i had to call a taxi.

Shower area leaks and the entire toilet is wet. Door double lock is faulty.

I was there before around 9:30 pm and had to get the key card from the hotel next door. The interior of the rooms is outdated. There is no trash bin in the room, only in the bathroom. The sound proofing is not good - I woke up to another traveller's phone wake-up vibration. Tried to get snack from the downstairs machine, the bag got stuck and I didn't get it.
The location is quite close to the airport. Staff at the reception were friendly and professional. Room is clean and the bathroom is somewhat modern.

They charged us for breakfast £6.90 even though it was included.
It is 10 mins from Paris Charles De Gaulle Intl airport. The pick up is at T2 Gate 2D and cost £7 pp every 30mins. The hotel room is very basic without any amenities. Comfortable but small pillow. Good for early morning flight connection. We booked thru booking. Com which includes breakfast but the receptionist collect £ 6.90 from us.

I wouldn’t stay for an extended period but, Great for an overnight stopover on a budget
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly when I called for a last minute reservation in the late evening. Shuttle bus from airport and back again in the morning was so convenient.

Very basic, no jug etc in room, coffee machine in foyer broken, and breakfast very basic, bathroom didn’t smell great, no hand soap, only in the shower

The shuttle took us to another Premiere Classe, in the other side of CDG. They are three with same name. After I realized I am in the wrong one, I asked to be back in the airport with the shuttle, and be shuttled in the correct one. Apparently this was not an option. So the only option was a taxi. I paid 35 euros to go to the right hotel. 10 min ride. Apparently it is something that happens often and some people take advantage of. So be aware of which Premiere Classe you are staying in. Also the shuttling is from the Terminal 2B. Just fyi cause in booking is only written terminal 2. And terminal 2 has a lot of exits.
Very polite stuff. Super clean and quiet. Very close to the airport and they offer shuttle with 7 euros per shuttle.

There is no reception in the building, you have to keep going to another hotel next door to speak to the reception there. The vending machine was out of order, and there was no hairdryer available for the room. Also the tv remote didn’t work
