Beds are small but were fine for one night, room a little cold we did try the heater .

The hotel was ideal for one night, good value for money , pleasant staff the rooms were clean, and breakfast was good.

The airport transfer system is quite confusing. Difficult to find at airport, then completely booked up on the way back, so we had to take an Uber. It’s also a very basic check in - not particularly welcoming.

Cheap and clean option if you need somewhere to crash after late night flight.

Shuttle buses in the morning get booked up quick….then breakfast was 10 minutes late opening

Noisy neighbours/other guests until 1am. The bathroom had a bad odour of mould. No hand towel or floor mat supplied.

The location was good, 10 minute Uber ride to the airport. Food can be delivered to the hotel. Check-in and out were easy.

Though from the platform 1 at CDG to take the shuttle van hotel arranged was a bit rush. It was pretty chaotic to get on the shuttle coz I believe all hotels were working together with the same shuttle company. It could have been a better transportation experience.

It is a basic hotel for one night if you need to take a early flight at CDG, nothing special. It was super clean though. Simple and clean, that defines the hotel.

I paid for Breakfast I didn't get to eat Breakfast no proper information from the Hotel Staffs I woke at 5:30 to get Breakfast they were no Staff at the Loby I end up living the Hotel at around 6 o'clock without breakfast. 2. The Hotel shuttle from Airport to the Hotel is not well organized they made me lost 2hour of my Time they put me on the wrong Shuttel and the Driver was very Rude to me after he discovered that his colleague made the Mistake and one of the Staff Said to me that Welcome to Paris.

we requested 2 beds the room they advertised a bed for 3 people and 2 beds but it wasnt up to american standards they claimed it was 2 beds but it was a bunk single over a nice queen bed . We are a little too old to climb an uncomfortable ladder so we ended up sleeping together in the queen size bed. It was comfortable enough but we usually sleep in separate beds so it didnt fit our needs and made it harder to sleep. I didn't have time to actually complain to them directly about it. This is why i gave the hotel a lower rating.

Fantastic location 10 mins from CDG. It was good value for money . . but you get what you pay for; very basic amenities and cramped room. The TV remote control had been vandalised ( so no TV) and the shower mounting was broken and useless.

Beds are hard which was great for me as I have a very bad back but my daughter struggled. You can hear toilets flushing and people going in and out of their doors.

Hotel was very cheap, and clean. It's near a 702 bus route to the airport which was about 10 minutes away.

Shuttle. We asked for a shuttle to be at the airport at 5 am, but on the reception we got a reply, that shuttle is unavailable for this time. Also, when we asked for a shuttle for the evening time (we must return our rented car), it also has been unavailable. So, it's definitely the biggest disappointment for us: Shuttle 24/7 was not available. Unlike many other hotels that do understand why shuttles are important.

In general, the hotel is good to stay for a night before-after the flight. Quite and not far (but no walking distance) to the airport

The floor had sort of dirt, the pillow sheet had shoe pattern dirt, and there was a sock under my bed.

We only had the room for about 14 hours as we had a stop over to head back to England from Le Bugue. There was a cotton bud and plastic food wrapping under the bed and the shower contained black shaven hairs, presumably from the previous occupants. Hey, not knocking it, however one of my big big bearers is cleanliness. As I said it was only an overnight stay.

The staff were excellent and really helpful, even with my broken French! Very accommodating. 👍🏽

I will appreciate if each room is equiped with usb charger, will facilitate international travellers to charge their phone. And vendor machine will be great to pay by card.

The keycard to my room didn’t work first or second time is was recoded. Likewise I couldn’t get on the shuttle bus I wanted next morning, as it was fully booked - I wasn’t told that could happen beforehand, in which case I would have booked it in advanced.
