There was construction right outside the hotel so it was very busy and congested in the area. It’s not the hotels fault but it was much busier than expected leaving everyday. Thankfully the hotels soundproofing is excellent as we didn’t hear any of the construction noise inside our room.

Good location, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent every day. Bed and room were comfy and decent size.

Very practical location for shopping and access to the station. I wasn't traveling with my daughter this time but the little play corner at the reception didn't go unnoticed and was a nice touch (mostly for smaller kids though). Just an all in all very comfortable stay. I was a little worried about noise given its location, but there's great isolation, it didn't bother me whatsoever!

It’s not something specific about the property, some of theri polices are too strict.

It’s a truly 4 star hotel with all the facilities that in takes. Good location if you have lots of travels by train, and not so far from the old town.

The only problem was no parking. But it was ok with a public parking in 15-20 min of it.

The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was one of the most amazing one I have ever had. I was impressed with the hotel. Staff were friendly and fast. We did not experience anything unpleasant. We liked it a lot!

Dinner was a bit pricey

Lovely, new hotel. Very comfortable , large room (delicious with super king bed). It was very clean and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was great The hotel is right by the station, but quiet. It is walkable to old town (25 mins).

Great hotel, really happy with everything about this place. warm and cosy rooms, staff were very helpful. The location could not be faulted - very very easy to access the main railway station; metro and also the airport tram. There is a shopping mall a 2 min walk away with supermarket, food hall, restaurants etc for convenience.

Wonderful stay ! Wish it could have been longer. The hotel is right there, next to the train station and close to other modes of transportation. The building is brand new, so it’s modern, clean, and comfy. Moreover, it’s very calm. The walls are soundproof, the lights are dimmed, and the music in common areas is very soothing. I’d highly recommend this hotel for neurodivergent folks. Breakfast is a delicious variety of sweet and savory. Their restaurant, La Pampa, is incredible as well. The staff is so professional and kind. I’ve got only good things to say.

Straight from entering this hotel impresses. Our room was spacious and well appointed, the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, so many options. The staff were so helpful in offering a later check out too. Its proximity to the main station was very useful, but the rooms were very quiet.

I was with my son and the sofa bed was very small for him as he is 6ft 4! I had requested 2 single beds which would have been preferable. However beds were very comfortable.

It would a little easier for customers to find the hotel if there could be signs in the railway station showing the direction, though the hotel sends me an instruction to find their location.

The hotel is just by the railway station. Needs to go out station to reach the entrance to the hotel. The room is very large and new. The most amazing thing is that the bathroom and the toilet are completely separate. The price is reasonable.
