Singaporenothing to do w the hotel, just the road construction was a real pain. we were travelling out via car with 4 luggages, and had to pull them on the construction site which made the luggage dusty. instructions on how to get to the hotel would be better. the staff generously sent maps, but the key here wouldve been, don't go out the station, walk along the station and exit where the hotel was located. maybe we didnt read the map correctly.
wonderfully designed hotel! it was awesome to have a free Brita water dispenser on our floor! huge benefit for travellers! engaging staff, helpful. great that its located next to the train station. food in the restaurant was good, we really enjoyed that! laundry service was efficient. The location is great if you're going to be visiting things near this neighborhood, such as the Les Halles Paul Bocuse, however its further away from the sites.

GeorgiaThere is construction at Part Dieu in the moment, so the entrance is not so neat, but this is very minor and temporarily.
The hotel is brand new, it is located right next to Part Dieu train station and very close to all trams to go to Lyon center. The bed was extremely large and very comfortable, there was also a large screen in the room and a bath tub. The room is very nicely decorated and is quite large. Despite proximity of the train station it was absolutely quiet at night and I slept well.
