SpainAlthough the room was nice, we have found similar hotels at much lower prices. Also, we did not like that we have to pay a deposit of 100€ in advance for services that we did not even intend to have (such as the breakfast).
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very big and it offered the option to connect your own mobile phone to the TV (although cable TV was also an option). The WiFi signal was strong. Perfect if you want to stay close to the train station.

Outstanding breakfast, beautiful and spacious room, Clarins products in the showers! Service was excellent. Restaurant is great for adults (not geared to kids).

United KingdomI look forward to the completion of construction outside of the hotel so that chauffeur services can be completed with ease
The property is new and has only been open for 10 weeks so it was a perfect stay in terms of property standards. I love new things, fresh decor, exquisite bathrooms, luxury corridors and great restaurant facilities. It is also next door to a train station and Westfield, which is perfect for getting around and shopping.

The location was perfect, very easy to reach the the city center and it was next to the Train Station (very good to take the TGV or any other train to visit cities around Lyon, as well as to take the express tram to the airport). The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was large, modern, comfortable and clean. The ammenities available are from an excellent French brand. For my future times in the city, I'd stay for sure in this hotel.

United KingdomThe location was ok, i couldn't get an uber to pick me up or drop me off at the hotel due to road restrictions ( ubers not permitted ) and when i ordered a taxi via the hotel they charged me 18 euros to go 2 mins down the road. It was difficult to locate the hotel as the signage was on the side of the building rather than road facing and the construction works also restricted view/access.
The breakfast was nice, but a little limited on the hot options. The bed was very comfy and the shower was excellent. The hotel was clean, modern and very well kept.

AustraliaCurrently there is a lot construction work going on next to the hotel which detracts from the hotel (though this will be finished in 5 months I was told). I was also a little underwhelmed with the lack of options in bar for beers. Also of course this hotel comes as fairly hefty price though worth it I felt.
The Pullman lived up to its reputation. The room was generous and very comfortable beds and furniture. I had plenty of space in the room. I ate in the restaurant one night and it was very good also. The Service was splendid.
