Service very slow in the restaurant for dinner - should have had more staff At breakfast hot food was cold and lots of things were not replenished, ie water in coffee machine, no cereal bowls and no milk for cereal. Probably lack of staff again as this who were there did work hard.

The staff is just amazing, helpful and attentive. The parking you don’t need to worry about as there is a valet parking. They also can charge your car if you have EV electric car. The breakfast was really good, and happens on the top floor so you may get nice views of weather permits (there is outside patio). Rooms were clean and spacious.

We were very disappointed with the dinner/restaurant. My husband burned his lip on the amuse bouche. My bouillabaisse Setoise was overcooked and the fish dry and flavor bland.

What a great hotel! We had an exceptionally warm welcome from the hotel reception who collected all our luggage, took it to the room and even parked our car for us. We were only staying for one night and the reception staff went out of their way to help us navigate around Montpellier and booked a restaurant for us. The hotel was in an excellent location, easy to get to by car and a short stroll away from the centre of town with all it's bars, shops and restaurants. Facilities were great, the room was fine and the bed really comfy. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as the town was so close we went there for croissant and coffee in the square.

Unsupervised sauna, gym, pool area. Unbehaved children causing havoc at 10pm. Not cool. There has to be kids hours established as it is a respectable business hotel.

Wonderful decor and facilities. Loved the access through the shopping centre to the old town. Very comfortable rooms, exceptional cleanliness.

It's slightly oddly located on the back of the shopping mall with the fastest way into town being an exit through the carpark.

The hotel is pleasant and very centrally located with helpful staff. The room was big, well-stocked with drinks and the bed was massive and very comfortable. Downstairs there is a very good spa, with a very large jacuzzi pool to sit in and a very good steam room and sauna. The small attached gym had some beautifully designed equipment which I'd have loved to use. Having this available was most welcome after a couple of days doing a lot of walking and was a great feature of the hotel. The rooftop seemed nice but maybe had an event on so was busy. All in all, it was a lovely place to spend a night in Montpellier.

Somewhat close to the train tracks, but nothing major noise-wise.

The spa is rather new (we visited in Sep’24) and a nice feature of the hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Close proximity to the city, but at the same time a little bit outside which we appreciated.
