Very small room, felt quite claustrophobic, having to squeeze past the bed to get to the other side of the room, couldn’t fully open the wardrobe door and bathroom only accommodating 1 person at a time

The bathroom had little storage for your toiletries and the shower had a large area but where you showered was quiet small to be comfortable showering.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel provide free coffee and a water filter in the lobby to get drinks. We paid for breakfast with our stay and it was nice and quiet with a range to choose from.

The staff was wonderful from the start. Victoria was especially helpful in every way, especially with us arriving at the hotel much earlier than the check in time. She accommodate us as soon as possible and upgraded us to a room with a beautiful wrap around balcony for our 1 week stay. We are so grateful for the entire staff, keeping us safe, comfortable and allowing us to have a memorable experience! Can't wait to see you all again!

The guy checking us in, the day we arrived was not very welcoming and should have done better. It was raining and cold when we walked in so should have been a little more helpful. He also gave us probably the smallest of rooms which was a problem for us as we had 2 big bags. Probably not his fault as the hotel was full. We had to put the bags on the bed each time we had to put or remove something. Also our view was behind in an alley where some construction was going on but it didn't disturb us that much. The next day Anne Sophie very lovely and friendly girl at the reception did offer to change my room as soon as one got vacant which was in a day but we just left it as we were already used to the room.

The Breakfast was great. Just the right things that you require. It was set out in a bunker and that was awesome. We really enjoyed it. The lady who was handling the breakfast was so nice and friendly. She even offered us hot croissants from the kitchen. The Sitting or living room area was excellent with the retro sofas and coffee machine and snacks which you had access to 24 hours a day. Gave you a feel of a Parisian home. Coming back to the hotel after a long day and seeing Anne Sophie and Junior at the reception was amazing. They were so friendly and helpfull. I would give an extra star to the hotel just for the staff and these 3 stood out.

Great value for the price. Location was excellent, 6 min walk from moulin rouge and the nearest metro station. The staff was very kind and helpful. Beds were super comfortable and the room was quiet at night.

2 small things come to mind. One lamp in the room didn’t work and the coffee glasses were not changed with new ones, one night.

Our family room at the top floor was spacious, homely and vey authentic. Our kids loved the table football table. The staff was also authentic and driven to make a positive impact on your stay. In any way possible.

Nothing that’s noteworthy of mentioning. May be the value for money part could have been better. Otherwise I was comfortable at the property and no surprises fortunately.

The front desk team was nice, warm and welcoming. One of them was super nice and helpful, made one complimentary upgrade, helped me with printouts, information about Paris etc. I would have loved to mention her name but for my memory, unfortunately. There were no surprises, which was a good thing. The best thing was the location, which was close to multiple bus stops, metro and a lot of attractions.

The room was a little small.

The location was fantastic. A perfect bar and great places to eat. Very French and great to watch the world go by. The balcony was even better, a wonderful view of French life.

Rooms were a tad small and the bed was super noisy when moving around in it, I constantly woke my partner because of the creaking.
