LithuaniaRoom sound insulation not the best, overall room is quite worn-out and clearly requires some refurbishment. It was good the extra bed was provided, however it was not comfortable to sleep in.
Spacious apartment with a very nice marina view, good elevator accessible underground parking (1,90 m height), little playground for babies, nice refreshing outdoor swimming pool. The apartment had all what is needed for a week’s stay. Big supermarket 7 min drive away, and beach is reachable on foot by 15-20 min walk.

United KingdomParking is provided however since some of the apartments are now privately owned parking spaces can be a bit challenging in the underground car park. Linen and towels also incur an extra charge if you stay for 7 nights for 6 night stay these are not charged . Why ?
Location is superb river views are excellent. Within walking distance to Mandeleu La Napaul and its bars restaurants and sandy beach.

CanadaWe arrived in the apartment to dishes in the dishwasher & not all of them were clean. Linens are provided but you have to make the beds yourself. The linens are in plastic bags that are wasteful … and most of the linens had stains on them. The warmer blankets that go on top look old & had lots of hair stuck to them. They do not appear to be washed very often. There was no extra toilet paper in the apartment and we started with only about half a roll. This apartment seems to be geared more for longer-term use & for people who can bring more of their own supplies.
The location was great … close to the water with a nice view. The free parking was okay.

Very gentle and friendly person at the reception. She came immediately to show us the adjustment of the air conditioning system. Also the procedure of check in/check out was very easy going. First line and view directly to the small port was amazing. Also those impressive trees in front of us, with a lots of young birds on it. Very natural. It was a pleasure to have breakfast on the balcony.

NorwayClrar these guys are scammers and reading through the other poor reviews many say exactly the same as this. The hustle for money for sheets and towels before we checking in. No sheets or towels in the property. Also anothe 300€ deposit charge on arrival The smell of urine in the bathroom . The mould in the bathroom. The urine in the exposed mattress. The dead mosquito s on the wall. The overall state of te property. No windows in thw bedroom. Everything os old and unpleasant. Feels like a prison.
Dont stay here. We lost our money and neither the property nor booking.com did anything to help.Nothing was good about this property. We booked for 8 days but stayed 0 days. We walked in and walked out. Basically this property was filthy and had urine on the mattress filthy throughout the apartment and the photos don't match the property. We booked it for thw duration of the Cannes film festival and paid in advance. Booking.com did nothing to help us get our money back even though we could not stay there. Be aware booking.com will not get you your money back if you are unhappy and in this instance we were on the phone the moment we saw the property we asked Booking.com for help. They did nothing to help us and put all the help on the property to re locate us . We have started a legal transaction against Booking.com and also for very poor and rude way this property treated us. On deeper research I see many many people complain about the very dirty place that this is. I really felt so let down by booking.com as have been a regular client as my wife for many years and many transactions.

United KingdomThe property felt tired and needed a little renovation. There had been partial unfinished repairs in the toilet and the light did not work so you could only use the toilet with the door open as it was pitch black! We travel a lot and this was not anywhere near the standard of other 3 stars that we have stayed in. We feel the cleaning was poor. The balcony was filthy and unswept. There was only half a toilet roll provided and no bath mat, which led to me slipping. The bathroom itself had mould (we have pictures) and the furniture felt old and in need of being updated. Overall, very disappointed with the general feel of the apartment and would not recommend to others unless things were updated. Also, a lot of the pool sun-beds were broken and just left there and the exit gate at the pool was jammed or locked which meant after drying your feet, you had to once again wet them to get out and then get your shoes!

UkraineUpon check-in, the property blocked the amount of 300 euros as a deposit for reimbursement. After leaving, they promised to return the money the next day. At the moment, the deposit has not been returned and the property does not respond to inquiries and calls. All this has signs of fraud.
