Hotel stuff speak english very pour. You don’t have any possible to do tea in room. Machine in lobby (need to pay) only. In room was very cold.

Toilet, but as mentioned there are others in the hallways. Toilet paper is sandpaper. I do get it that it brings the costs down especially in the long run, but would be nice to appreciate the guests delicate places a bit more =)

Location is very very convenient, room was quite clean. Got what i expected after reading all the other reviews and compared the price to the general Paris price range. Not great, but not terrible. Price / value ratio good. There are other showers and bathrooms in the hallways. We did not use our shower even once, because otherwise the toilet would become like after a tsunami. Sent a selfie to some of our friends and they thought we was on a cruise ship so i reckon this tells about the room =)

Unfortunately, my experience at your hotel was not the best. On Monday at around 3 AM, a couple was having a very loud and aggressive fight in the hallway and later in their room, which was on the other side of mine. They were throwing objects and making a lot of noise, preventing me from sleeping. Concerned about the situation, I called reception for assistance, but the response I received was completely unacceptable: "I don't speak English, I cannot help you, call tomorrow." I was left without any support, and the couple continued their violent argument until 5 AM. Given their aggression and the fact that they were physically fighting, I didn’t feel safe addressing them myself. Additionally, the housekeeping service was disappointing. While they made the two lower beds in my room, my upper bed was never made during my entire 5-day stay. I frequently visit Paris, but this experience has left me with no desire to return to your hotel. I hope you take these concerns seriously and improve your service, particularly in terms of guest safety and communication at the front desk.

VERY cold rooms, heating is working, but the radiator is very small and doesn't heat up the room. No portable heaters to borrow. Bathroom is small, cubicle style, but I guess it was ok for the duration of my stay. Dinners for 13€ were not good. Very low quality food. Reception staff speak VERY weak English!?

5 min from a metro station. The best breakfast you can get in Paris. Buffet style, pastries, coffee, juices, tea, ham, eggs, butter, jams, no veggies but some fruit is available. Nice, quiet and clean rooms. OK location, I felt safe.

The first night we got a room at the end of the corridor and it was really cold. The radiator was not working properly ( more than half of it was always cold), however the receptionist was very helpful and changed our room, which was perfect.

The location of the hotel was close to the subway, a couple of places to eat and two supermarkets. The room was very clean and the beds really comfortable. The bathroom was indeed very small, but we knew that before booking. For two adults, the stay was a good value for the money.

The heater in the room was not working.The breakfast was worst. Nothing was fresh. The bathroom is extremely small.

The staff were friendly and helped me as I had booked the room for another day, they changed it. They were very flexible.

No hot water, ( no kettle even in the reception 😞) no microwave. For traveler it's a little bit hard. Because breakfast we had but after when we go to discover different places in Paris.. we would like to come back to the hotel and have a simple tea ( not from machine with different essence) or just hot water--- and this is the main problem it's impossible. I thought in every hotels/hostel provide hot water 🙌

The internet connection is very slow; the staff at the reception and also at the restaurant is cold and not friendly; no one clean our room the 2nd day although we placed the sign outside the door....
