It was an extremely hot night - no fan. This made the stay uncomfortable even though the bed was excellent

-We were very surprised that the rooms have no air conditioning and it was pure luck that the weather was not extremely hot during our stay. -The bathroom is very very small.Plus we had to ask for two more towels as we only had one each.The receptionist was very kind and gave us another two. - The breakfast was ok but some diversity would help.as we stayed for 5 nights and it got monotonous

The location is perfect, with metro station at less than 5 minutes' walk and you can reach the center în 15 minutes.

The breakfast that was offered was not great and had very few options. Also, all of our rooms were missing items…..we kept having to go downstairs to ask for more towels, toilet paper, soap, and pillows.

I liked that it was close to public transportation. The price was fair for what you got.

The room didn't have an a/c.We were lucky because it wasn't too hot but I cannot imagine what someone would go through if the weather was hotter. Their kitchen had a problem and we couldn't eat launch or dinner there.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is near to a metro station,supermarkets and restaurants.

1. Wish they had More staff at reception at least to assist arriving guests. For example the gate was not working and we had to get off the taxi outside and carry our heavy bags in. 2. The rule of no eating in the rooms 3. They didn’t provide extra pillow when requested.

The breakfast was of good standard- continental breakfast with boiled eggs. The staff were cordial and helpful with guidance on using public transport, including how to get to the Eiffel Tower& getting local SIM cards for calls/data usage

Car parking is first come first serve and is free which is great. It was a bit of a problem when arriving in the middle of the night but we managed together with another guest to use double space on a coach parking lot until the morning and then repositioned the cars. The hotel is simple and so are the rooms but perfect for a city visit as the only reason to stay in the hotel is a place to sleep. The location is very good, only about 5 minutes to the Metro and from there to anywhere you want in Paris in no time.

The soundproofing of the door could be improved, hearing everything going on in the hallway was unpleasant.

The location is great for a visit in Paris. Breakfast was well organized, with no need to wait even with the large school groups present.

- The shower was mounted to the wall (no shower handle) which made it hard to shower kids - The bathroom was very small - The variety of options for the breakfast was rather poor, coffee was bad and there was a limit of one croissant per person - silly :/ - it spoiled my morning...

During check in the card did not open the room twice in a row, so I had to return to reception, which was a bit inconvenient.

We could say it's my favourite place in Paris to stay, I've already stayed here numerous times. No surprises, I get exactly what is promised, it's a really trustworthy place. Great value for money, great location and safe neighbourhood.

The bathroom was very small, but passable (just). But the taps were far too big for such a tiny sink, which meant that I banged my head on them a number of times. Smaller ones would be far better. The noise. The cleaners were making quite a racket every morning. Was that really necessary? 'Do not disturb' signs for use on the doors would be useful (they kept waking me up!). The hotel probably needs to make it clear that although it is not a youth hostel, a large number of school students and other kids typically stay at the hotel. And they make a lot of noise! (Affected my sleep).

1) The room was very small but clean. The most disappointing part was the bathroom - a single person couldn't even strech the arms.. Train bathrooms are even bigger than these. Even for the price that we paid, you expect 2) Breakfast had limited options. For the price it is fine,but then you expect a few different options the next day if you're staying for more than a day
