It would be great if the room was a few square meters larger. Also, after a person took a shower, they had to wait for hot water again

The location of the hotel is very good. We provided very easy access to both central museums and out-of-town areas such as Versailles. Sometimes we reached the city center on foot. We had no trouble eating or shopping in the area. There are many markets and restaurants. Having a kitchen in the room was very practical, especially for breakfast. Kitchen supplies and cleaning were also adequate.

The breakfast was pretty basic, all packaged stuff left in the room before my arrival. Breakfast was not worth the price. There is a kitchenette so I would recommend bringing your own breakfast instead.

Definitely did NOT like that we were unaware of the parking situation. U need to indicate to guests that they MUST check in to room and physically go inside the room to get details on parking location, etc. we had a very tough time finding and knowing anything about parking, some local gentleman actually happened to know and helped us, and got us into the parking garage. Then we walked into the room and found all the details that would have been helpful if we had known it was in there.

Kind of wished the floor was wooden or carpet because tiles are quite cold to walk on in the winter. Recommend bringing thick socks if staying during winter time.

The room was nice and clean, very well equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need in the kitchen. The kettle was broken initially, but was able to get it replaced quickly the next day by messaging the staff on booking.com

check in was easy for me but I met a stranded couple . my guess is the lengthy English translated message sent with instructions is not as clear… . I was very happy with this place until the last day, electricity was switched off before 10pm and that was extremely disappointing.if checking in early costs me 10 E per hour then I should get 10 E per hour back for being forced to check out in a rush .literally for chasing me out before check out . I was honestly going crazy thinking that the iron box wasn’t working only to realize that power was out , actually earlier because my ice cream had already melted . Don’t welcome us warmly to chase us out harshly . make such information very CLEAR , so we can also cahrdge our phones earlier . I had a 7 hours journey ahead :(

unlike the reviews I read , our room was quite clean , there were towels, iron box , hairdryer and kitchen utensil , unfortunately we did not use them as we had planned . the Fridge came in handy . really awesome The location is well accessible by both buses and subway . also the night liner bus :) I loved mostly the antique lift and ofcourse the little cute balcony. wifi is great and the beds are comfy .

The studio was small....... but we enjoyed our stay in the long run.

The studio was about right. It has everything we needed. Self-catering was what we optioned for and we were blowned away with our experience.

both places were left dirty! dirty bath, dirty smelling kitchen bin in the first balcony studio, old dirty kitchen sponges left in both kitchens, light switches with dirty fingers marks, tv remote controls dirty, dirty kitchen sinks. with Covid around not acceptable. as it happened, 4 days later leaving the place, instead enjoying myself at my brother’s place in the south of france, I started to feel unwell and had to return home on the Friday 8th of July earlier just in case as not insured in france and tested positive with covid on the Saturday. The only helpful person who eventually gave me a new kitchen sponge was the cleaner! the lady in the office said that leaving a dirty sponge in the first studio was not acceptable but when I told her si would get one when out shopping, she insisted she would get one herself that day. never got it!!!

Loved it but easy to bang your head on many things. 1. The mirror and the unit for holding the toiletries should be in the wall. 2. The wash hand basin is too small and also should be designed into the wall. 3. I would remove the bath completely.. and just have a shower only. Saves water.. The bath is too narrow and someone will fall and sue you. 4. The kitchen is really well done. The storage is good.
