We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomCouldn't tell if the air con was working, but managed to cool the room down by opening the window anyway. Nicer tea and coffee would have been good.
Comfortable, quiet room. No noise from the corridor or adjacent rooms and when window closed well insulated from outside noise. Nice, big bathroom with a good shower. Friendly, helpful staff. Able to leave baggage at the hotel on the last day.

NetherlandsBooked this place because of the presence of EV chargers, however the sockets are plain (Schuko) outlets. Most EV’s don’t have such charging cables as a standard. So, in case you want to charge your car here bring tour owners Schuko - EV charging cables

Room was very well fitted out. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom excellent. Shower was super, floor was a bit slippery but hotel provided us with a non-slip mat. Breakfast was superb.

Perfect hotel if travelling with a pet. We were travelling with our cocker spaniel who was made to feel very welcome. We enjoyed a great breakfast and were allowed to bring our dog into dining area and bar. Liked cable tv with Uk tv channels 😊 Lovely location, will definitely stay here again.

Our go-to hotel in Bordeaux - stayed twice at this hotel, once in a junior suite and once in premium room. Comfortable room, nice bathroom, clean. Very nice gym with machines, free weights, cardio, high bar, parallel bars etc... Excellent sauna and steam room at no extra cost w certain rooms. Good breakfast, nice outside area in summer.
