Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Couldn't tell if the air con was working, but managed to cool the room down by opening the window anyway. Nicer tea and coffee would have been good.
Comfortable, quiet room. No noise from the corridor or adjacent rooms and when window closed well insulated from outside noise. Nice, big bathroom with a good shower. Friendly, helpful staff. Able to leave baggage at the hotel on the last day.

Booked this place because of the presence of EV chargers, however the sockets are plain (Schuko) outlets. Most EV’s don’t have such charging cables as a standard. So, in case you want to charge your car here bring tour owners Schuko - EV charging cables

Shower floor was a bit slippery and the shower would have been easier to use with a grab-handle.
Room was very well fitted out. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom excellent. Shower was super, floor was a bit slippery but hotel provided us with a non-slip mat. Breakfast was superb.

No complaints at all.
Perfect hotel if travelling with a pet. We were travelling with our cocker spaniel who was made to feel very welcome. We enjoyed a great breakfast and were allowed to bring our dog into dining area and bar. Liked cable tv with Uk tv channels 😊 Lovely location, will definitely stay here again.

As we arrived around eight or nine in the evening I was not able to access the gym. I think it was closed but I am not sure.
Bed was confortable, good shower, mirrors and space. Carpet floors clean.

The noise from the nightclub near the hotel on the Friday night until 2am. The hotel has a duty to tell their guests in advance about this considerable noise. We had no notice of it from the hotel

There was very little by means of bars/coffee shops nearby
The hotel is very modern and while not right in the centre, is close to a tram stop. The staff were most accommodating and provided advice and helpful tips on what to do.

The rooms are regular , there is no individual style , as some Radisson hotel has. The payment for late take out was counted but hours .
Area is modern and nice , was a parking silo right at the hotel , hotel is right like on the photos

Parking costs extra. Door keys always demagnetize so have to get them redone several times. Room service not always available. Reception not always reachable.
Our go-to hotel in Bordeaux - stayed twice at this hotel, once in a junior suite and once in premium room. Comfortable room, nice bathroom, clean. Very nice gym with machines, free weights, cardio, high bar, parallel bars etc... Excellent sauna and steam room at no extra cost w certain rooms. Good breakfast, nice outside area in summer.

The air conditioning in the room kept going to a higher temperature than we would have liked .
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was a great size and had everything we needed . It was all very clean. The location was great too. The staff were happy to store our bikes by reception which was also very helpful .

Some noise late at night from outside.
Location, right on the river and near the Cite de Vin. Room, spacious, well equipped with river view. Restaurant and bar, good atmosphere and food. Car parking.
