Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThis was our 3rd stay here, and we were a bit disappointed to be honest. The rooms are lovely, however 'house keeping', cleaning the room and beds, wasn't their normal high standard. The douvet was just pulled back across, and the sheet you sleep on was never changed, or straightened out. Floor felt slightly mucky when bare foot. And no one was at Reception when we wanted to check out at 6am.
The Silence is in a lovely area. The beds are comfortable. Staff are ok. Breakfast is good, coffee is decent too.

United KingdomFood and especially the drinks were astronomical, e11 for a beer. Monkfish was tough. No air conditioning in the bedroom which really needs a makeover.
