FranceThe cleaning robot on our floor was noisy. The hotel could do with a some refresh in places, cutlery and crockery. The breakfast could be better. Other than that the hotel was okay.
Close proximity to the Cite du Vin and a walking distance to other places of interest, restaurants and the tram. Impressive views from the rooftop bar/restaurant. The view from the room was great (paid a small amount extra, on arrival, to be moved to higher floor). Parking was easy, managed to find parking in front of the hotel, otherwise the is undercover parking right next to the hotel. I appreciated the personal touch in the room for my birthday! :D

IrelandIt would be nice to just have one price for the breakfast and not depending on whether one purchases breakfast at check-in for the entire stay. Also, thinner duvets would be a big plus.
The hotel is excellent. The staff in particular was very welcoming and did everything possible to make us comfortable. The room was very clean if a bit too warm even with an open window. I also appreciated the fact that we could connect our apps to the TV in the room.

JerseyPower in the shower was dismal yet the tap in the sink was too powerful and splashed everywhere. The discounted parking was a nightmare on exit. As it was stamped it will not work in the automated machines and you have to call the button on exit which took forever and the lady on the speaker was very abrupt and rude. Thank goodness there was not a queue behind us! Would have preferred to pay full price on exit with a regular ticket. Felt very safe and the area surrounding was very clean. Close to excellent tram system and Cite du Vin.
Loved the welcome and overall quality throughout including breakfast. In fact it's more re 5 star than many 5 stars we have stayed in. Great location too. Lovely little cafe to grab a coffee, cake or ciabatta.

Beautiful, fresh, nice location with plenty of restaurants by the river. Amazing breakfast, I bet in summer it is very nice to enjoy fresh juice during your breakfast from the open-air terrace from the hotel restaurant. Very cool!

The hotel were absolutely fabulous, both rooms were birthday decorated which was a lovely touch, the stay was fabulous as prior, and the team went above and beyond at my request to decorate our breakfast table (I provided the items) - not only remembering to do but also coming and wishing the boys happy birthday etc. A very unexpected personal touch from a large corporate hotel. PortugalDidn't have slippers or bathrobe in the room, though when I asked for it at the reception, it was quickly delivered 👌 And when I booked an extended checkout (paid, until 3pm), my room key did not work, and the access to swimming pool and to the Chromecast was not working after 11am. Was a bit annoying, especially after I specifically asked for it the night before when booking the late checkout.
Loved the hotel and the rooftop restaurant and swimming pool! I was a great way to unwind and take my mind off things. The view is amazing and my rest was perfect. loved the bed too, very comfy.

FranceThe seating area of the bar on the ground floor could use more consistent cleaning. When we walked by, we noticed some seats with bread crumbs on the floor and few tables that hadn’t been wiped down. That said, we didn’t use this area, and maybe the people were sitting there just left 3 seconds ago, but it’s worth noting that the rest of the hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, even on a rainy day. The contrast between these areas was noticeable.
I was pleasantly surprised by how exceptional this hotel was. We only stayed for one night and regretted not extending our stay. The unique structure of the hotel, coupled with its delightful fragrance and impeccable service, made it truly stand out. The staff were professional and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. Our room was incredibly comfortable, with just the right temperature, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The size was perfect, and it was spotlessly clean. The gym was well-equipped with just the right amount of machines. I’d recommend using it in the early morning, ideally before 8 AM, for the best experience. The swimming pool was equally impressive, with perfectly maintained temperature and cleanliness, not to mention the amazing views. It opens at 7 AM, and I highly recommend starting your day there. Breakfast was simply outstanding – everything was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. One delightful bonus was the opportunity to book a test drive of Cadillac’s new Lyriq model. I actually don’t know if the hotel is partnering with the brand, but this partnering is a great branding I will say. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. We had an unforgettable experience and will absolutely return in the future.

United StatesIt seems there are some confusing and illogical rules in place. For example, I booked through Booking.com, but they refused to add my Marriott membership to the reservation, claiming it wasn’t made directly through their website—this is a first for me. I’ve traveled for work to many countries, and I’ve never encountered this issue before. Additionally, when I asked if there were any business promotions available, so I could refer the hotel to my colleagues for future trips, they had no offers to provide. I believe this could be a missed opportunity. If someone in charge reads this, it would be a great chance to address these issues and become more competitive in the market, especially since other hotels in Bordeaux offer better deals.
