The toilet stinks. The rooms were very chilly as the heater in the room wasn’t on at all despite we went down to ask. The bed was so not comfy my back hurts badly

We received a host card that allowed us to take the regional train for free. However, no one informed us to fill in the user's name and the date of the stay on the back of the ticket. Unfortunately, we were fined on the train.

The hotel is located near the Chamonix train station, offering a stunning view of Aiguille du Midi when you walk out of the main entrance. The apartment is super clean, calm, and the facilities are convenient.

We were in six and they forgot the sheets for the sofa bed at check-in and as the reception closes and we only noticed by the time to sleep generated discomfort for the first night.

Everything was amazing , steps away from train station, shops and restaurants with 360 degree Mountain View’s. The front desk girl was amazing , we ran late and she personally called to tell us reception was closing and where I could find lock box with key . I will return here for my every stay in Chamonix!

Although there is on-site parking, it could be cheaper. We ended up parking on the street.

The location is great, you can do practically everything walking. The apartment is large and enough for 5 or 6 people. It has everything you need for accommodation.

Inside the bin was very dirty. We had only one toilet roll. There was 5 people. Rooms were very small.

Ines was a super receiver, she welcomed us with open arms. Watching her at work while queuing, she was so polite and eager to help others when it was our turn she did not disappoint. A real credit to the staff 👍

The advertising of facilities that the property doesn't have, namely: 1. Free, onsite parking - After booking the accommodation because it listed free onsite parking and that we had a car, was notified shortly before that they do not offer free onsite parking. The alternative was to try and find free parking somewhere around Chamonix (which is crazy) or to use the parking they have a "discount" for which costed another 48 euros for a week, even though we would only be there for 4 days. This made it very inconvenient if you plan on arriving by car. 2. Daily housekeeping - The house was not attended to once during our stay. 3. Cleanliness - The house wasn't properly cleaned and quite dusty. We also found a few clumps of long hair around the lounge/kitchen area, which couldn't have been ours as our guests did not have long hair.

The receptionist was very friendly and gave us good information and made the check in process very easy. Great wellness and gym area which has an indoor pool and shower. The location is also great and is only a short walk away from the city center and opposite the train station, if you're arriving by train. Good value for money.

the room states for six, but it is obvious that there is absolutely no way you can house six people, the seating is for two and the table for four. Decor is dated and worn and there is no baggage room to use …. and you have to exit the room by 10:00 !

The property is very-very small (absolutely not convinient for a family of 4) and not clean (the WC smelled like it was not cleaned for weeks before). Hotel parking can only accomodate really small cars and is below 1.85 hight (minivans, SUVs, cars with roof boxes will not fit), so check with the oroperty proactively as they are not sharing this info anywhere. There is a free parking 7min walk, but free places are available only late night. Final cleaning is partially done by guests - you have to take off the bed linen, wash the dishes (bear in mind, if you use the dishes for the first time you have to trust the previous guests that they cleaned the dishes properly). The property is not cleaned during yout stay. The cleaning lady we met during the check out was very unfriendly while the other staff was very very nice and helpful!

The residence is in a very central location (mega convinient) and you can get a room with the view on Mont Blanc. The facility has sauna and a swimming pool (needs to be booked in advance)- we really enjoyed it!

Nothing!! It was perfect!!

The property was in a perfect location. Right across from the train station. 2/3 minute walk from the centre. Everything you need is around. (Supermarkets/restaurants/bakery/transport links) The apartments were cosy chalet style, really nice and warm and clean. Beautiful views aswell. The pool and sauna were lovely and clean also, as was the reception area. The staff were so helpful and friendly I want to personally thank Inez and Nelly. It’s perfect for all, couples, solo and it’s really great for families. You will have a great time staying here like we did!! Very happy travellers!!
