The hotel is in a somewhat busy area. So there is some street noise, especially on a Friday night. It didn't bother me, but it might be an issue for light sleepers.

Hotel is in a good location, half a block from a metro station. The staff was helpful in finding nearby restaurants.

We visited Paris with our three teenage children. We stayed in the “family” room which consisted of two connected rooms with bathrooms in each room. It was a great set up for our family. The location was perfect! It was walkable to Mont Marte with a Metro station on the same block. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend.

There was no hot breakfast option, so you do end up spending 9 euro for toast and orange juice in the mornings, and maybe a croissant and fruit to go, but could have been better value for money in terms of the breakfast options. The bathroom area could have been slightly cleaner when we arrived but we did check in early.

The bed was amazingly comfortable, and was made for us each day. The shower was a lovely size and fairly clean. There was plenty of space for us to hang clothes for our stay too. The concierge was very welcoming and lovely.

No tea/coffee making facilities as advertised. & NO I didn't ask at reception for this... Shouldn't have to if advertised as being in the room... Only real negative point.....

IDEAL Location plus decent price.... Room consists of Bed. Bathroom & TV (but I've no idea who would use this... We didnt). No kettle or any tea/coffee making facilities as advertised. Apart from that.Ideal Locaion, Clean & comfortable. Only 3 things you really need.

The room has an AC but unfortunately it was not working. By talking with the staff, I came to know that it starts working after mid of May. But as room is someone's personal space during their stay, it must be personalized and should be customized and controlled by the boarder in terms or AC. However, as we felt hot inside the room, we kept our window open most of the time. As a result the room became very dusty. In breakfast, they usually serve partially boiled egg, and it was not mentioned in the breakfast area. Such information could be helpful.

Location is just awesome with good connectivity by the public transport. Hospital, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies are very close to the property. Taxis are also available, and can drop or pick up at the hotel gate. Staffs are very friendly and delightful. Every day the room and bathroom were made up and cleaned.

The room itself is quite basic - bed could have been more comfortable and the condition of the bathrooms could have been better.

Location was decent - while its outside central paris it was close to a metro station. There were also a few restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies around. Some of them were also open quite late.

Our room was street side the view is nice but we can hear the ambulances, we had no problems sleeping though.

Minor faults with equipment (toliet and faucett).

The staff were very friendly and helpful (all of them). The location is great, there are many shops and restaurants nearby, and the metro station is 100 metres away. We felt safe and comfortable. Parking availability (at extra cost) was a big bonus. On our third trip to Paris, this was the best accomodation, by some measure. This hotel is excellent value for money, will certainly come again!

One of the rooms was way smaller than I'd imagined and my mum hit her ankle on the safe door but it's the centre of Paris and our other room was fine.

The staff & the location were both excellent. There is also a really good Parisian bistro directly opposite and a few bars within walking distance. I'll definitely book there again if I go back.

The hotel is clean and decent on an excellent location, right next to the metro. There are shops, cafés, and a friendly reception. But it is more beautiful in the pictures. (smiley)

Small hotel in a quiet part of Paris but with lots of options for stores and restaurants. It is also very close to a Metro station, making travel to the historic and tourist attractions easy and fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast on offer provides a good start to the day. Very clean and well kept.

I was a bit cold for one night night but I put extra fleece gown to keep warm for the rest of the nights. Paris has too much smoking on the streets and you can smell it so it got too much for me as I got breathing problems. Duvet cover is too thin as need thicker duvet as I get cold at night but I didnt ask for extra blanket. bring warm jumper for sleeping.

The room was quiet.comfortable bed. The duvet cover was thin so I wore very warm jumper and fleece gown to keep warm at night. Good location and nice places to eat lunch and dinner nearby. The staff were lovely and gave me free coffee. You also get a free map of Paris including metro station map. clean hotel. will come back to this hotel. Paris is very smoky as too many people smoke on the streets so be careful as I have asthma. Bring a fleece blanket with you to keep warm in bed.
