There is no kitchen towel in the kitchen – it's a small thing, but an important one. What was unpleasant was the disco or club that played loud music from 1 AM to 5 AM every night.

The apartment is near the center of Chamonix and opposite the Aiguille du Midi. There is a grocery store, a boulangerie, a pharmacy, and some restaurants in close proximity. The apartment was fine for two people for a short stay. Everything was clean and nice.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the elevator is out of use. In case you're bringing heavy luggage or ski stuff you have to climb the spiral staircase. But then again this is not the owner's fault.

The bed was comfy and clean. You don't need to bring your own bedsheet. Towels provided. Basic kitchen stuff provided enough for a short stay. Has fridge, electric stove and dishwasher. The bathroom has shampoo and shower gel provided. The mirror has extra light on. Hair dryer also provided. The owner even put an adapter in case you didn't bring any which is really convenient. You can only park outside since the indoor parking is under maintenance.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The host was fantastic and very helpful. Check-in and check-out are very simple with very clear instructions from the host. The apartment is small but is has everything a couple needs. It was very clean when we arrived. The space is used very cleverly. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is really well designed. The view from the balcony is stunning! Everything was just perfect and I would definitely book it again.

Lovely compact apartment, thoughtfully laid out to make the most of the space, very clean, plenty of parking and ideally located. Very close to local bakery, supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Only 5-10 mins walk to Main Street in Chamonix.

Charming apartment in the heart of Chamonix Sud close to local amenities and a short stroll in to the centre of Chamonix. Excellent use of the space, finished to a high standard with a wooden contemporary theme. We only stayed one night and we were grateful that Samuel was able to accommodate us with a last minute reservation having finished the TMB one day earlier than expected. Easy self check-in and check out.

A small very modern, unique apartment. It has it all down to the smallest details. Perfectly located. A super comfortable bed. a sweet balcony and a very responsive owner. We wish I had more than 2 nights

The basement garage is very tight, it has a not-so-nice appearence. With any car bigger than a Fiat 500 you have to be extremely careful to navigate there. The access control system sometimes does not work properly, it did not open the outbound gate for us.

Very well and smart equipped little studio, stylish interior. The host is very helpful, kind and responsive. Location is great, it lets you to leave your car in the garage.

Loved the location, within easy walk to most things. Sud bus stop, shops, lifts, and restaurants. Cosy room perfect for our two week stay. Great view out over the courtyard. Bakery, coffee shop, supermarket and pharmacy all nearby. Host very easy to contact and quick to respond to queries.

There was construction taking place within the building which was unpleasant on mornings we wanted to sleep in. Understandably not the owner’s fault :)

Beautiful, clean and accurate to the pictures. for a travelling couple it was a luxury to have such a nice place with great value for money. Only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street with bars, cafes and shops along the way too. Kitchen/cooking facilities were great. bathroom and shower were great. There was plenty of storage for our ski gear and space to hang our clothes. The host Samuel was extremely helpful and able to assist with any request.
