The door jammed and it was very hard to lock.

The hotel was walking distance to the main city centre with parking available across the road. It had a cute indoor/outdoor restaurant and you could have both dinner and breakfast. Although the dinner options were limited, the food we had was very tasty. The breakfast was continental but there was a lot of choose from. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom. We would personally say the standard was much better than 2 stars.

We only arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning the next day, there is nothing negative to say about our very short stay.

Perfect location for an overnight stay if one has to reach the ferry early in the morning, and parking was available just across the street.

wifi wasn't working properly, despite help of the staff. great kitchen: taste and quality for an honest price. A pity that there isn't much choice in the meals. It was super warm outside and all meals where more winterlike meals.

Great hotel, near the train station, beach nearby. Amazing staff, clean rooms, loved that they were serviced on demand. To improve the breakfast, it is suitable for those coming from the northern regions, the staff speaks English perfectly.

The frontdesk lady was a bit rude during the check out. Insisted we had more than 1 breakfast in the hotel, when in reality it was only 1 breakfast. Turist tax was charged without previous knowledge, and the dinner was also overcharged without any invoice given. Poor assistance regarding transporting to get there.

I would only recommend they liaise closely with their cleaning staff to check for left items. We realised later in the day we had left a facecloth, nothing major, but a call or comms to say so would have been a special touch. The hotel also offers evening meals which is great if you're tired and don't wish to go out. However, reheated roast potatoes are not ideal and on a salad? I appreciate they are having low occupancy currently, but fresher food is a must. Tip - Why not get a charging port set up in the car park? Lots of tourists get 'stuck' with one with the car rental companies and then drive around for miles trying to locate one. This would be a great bonus to their venue.

One staff member was of dual nationality and spoke perfect English and French. She was knowledgeable, flexible and offered great customer service. Remembering names etc. She made the stay extra special. Thank you. The parking was plenty (Across the road) and the check-in was made easy. The breakfast was plentiful and a good range for all the family. They also kindly stored our baggage for a day.

Very friendly staff and a nice place to stay. The place is the outside the old city centre, but you can walk towards the town along a nice waterfront promenade (approx 30 min). Parking space is in front of the door and the inside restaurant is a place we definitely recommend. Don’t forget to take your drink to the rooftop terrace and to enjoy a peaceful evening!
