The shower did not have a curtain which was not a major issue. No cooking facilities, but this was clearly stated in the description. Not many negatives to provide.

This location was great for a short stay. I was in Bordeaux for a week and this accommodation was located very central, easy access to quite a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities. The place was clean and organised, and the other guests/hosts were respectful and quiet. The best was very comfortable, and the place was quite warm which was great as I visited in January. Instructions from the host were super clear and made it very easy to check in.

The shower was a bit gross and the bathroom smelled weird. There's construction happening in this building and the one across the street (it feels like half of Bordeaux is getting a makeover!), so it was pretty noisy from the morning, and there were guys on scaffolding. I know it's not the owners' fault, but it definitely put a damper on our trip. We also didn't get any info on checking in beforehand, but I hit up the staff on WhatsApp a couple of hours before we got there and got a pretty quick reply (so that's a plus and a minus).

A comfortable room to stay in Bordeaux for a few nights. Ideally located near the city center in a relatively quiet area. I think this room would be really nice once the construction is done. It's bright, has big windows, and isn't actually that small.

We were quite surprised when we arrived as this is neither an apartment nor a hotel, but rather one out of 4 rooms in a private house. The kitchen is shared with all other rooms and the family that lives there. The bathtub/shower had no curtains, which made the showering an adventure and some of the towels had stains. Overall the family is very discreet and the place is nice, we were just expecting something else from the online description.

The room is overall clean and comfortable with an own bathroom attached. The place is quite central and you can reach the inner city by foot.

the bed was not really suitable for 2 as it was pushed against the wall so my husband had difficulty getting in and out. There was no comfortable chair. The room was small with only tea/coffee maker. There was a kitchen available for joint use.

Be aware of getting an email from the property as you need codes to get in and get the keys. maybe with it you will get more info of the place as I didn't get any and it was a little awkward to stay there. Not very good costumer's service The room has an attic but it was all wasted because they didn't furniture it at all, it was empty

Check in was complicated (they did not pick up the phone for a while, no one answered the door, there were no clear instructions beforehand). The room we were given is not exactly like the one in photos. Especially, the bathroom was a disappointment - very narrow, no tub, I could barely fit my knees when siting on the toilet (my partner needed to use the toilet sideways so that he could fit). The bed was very hard, the mattress was evidently very poor quality. The room has no good light isolation, so we would wake up early with the sun. We stayed for 4 nights and there was never cleaning, no change of towels. The kitchen is shared and there seems to be a family (maybe the owners) living there, so the fridge was full (we were not able to accommodate our stuff) and there was cooking smells every night (very strong smells, like curry or chinese food, and fried food) - the smell would invade the room, making it necessary to open the window (in the middle of Winter). There is no proper noise isolation from room to room, meaning we could hear the other rooms' conversations and intercourse. I am aware this was a budget choice, but I've been to other cheap places without this kind of inconveniences, and for the price there were better options.

Very good location wise, you can walk around Bordeaux from the apartment without needing to take a bus (if you like walking). Clean room (but without cleaning during our stay). Very easy to come back to the property after check out to get our bags.

Based on the information on Bookings.com I thought it was a hotel and was surprised because it is a room But the owner is very nice and the accomodations and location were very good.

The staff is nice. We waited 1 hour to find a taxi, could not find one and unfortunately missed our train to Paris. The gentleman waited with us during that time. Special thanks to him. I wish we had known that there was tram to go to the train station. I think the staff did not know either.

the location was AMAZING! right in the center of everything. great transportation and dining options. check-in was super easy. the room was beautiful. the big fan during the heat wave was a life saver! the water bottles in the fridge were very nice.
