About 5 minutes from the metro station in a chill neighborhood. You can also walk to the Tour Eiffel, but you will reach it in about 45 minutes. There are a lot of boulangeries and restaurants on the street. At 20m you have a supermarket and some fast foods. At the hotel you have free water and coffee. The room is small, but good for a vacation where you use it only to sleep. It was very clean with everyday cleaning and towels changing. I totally recommend it for a visit in Paris.

Firstly, the staff at the reception was very kind - they let us check in one hour before the check in time. The hotel is clean and there's coffee and water provided for free for all guests in the lobby. I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't pay for it. The room is small yes, but very clean, comfortable and cozy. Although we were there only for two nights, the staff cleaned the room and the bathroom and changed our towels on our second day, which was exceptionally kind. The location is also very good - 3 minutes away from the metro station and also the area is filled with restaurants with good ratings. Lastly, our flight was in the afternoon, so the staff kept our luggage for a few hours, so that we could do some more exploring of the city.

The entrace is not very visible and the lift is very small; shame because with some more attention to details, it will be a 10!

Where was no kettle in the room to make tea ..

I was very welcoming the staff was really good tea coffee and hot chocolate was free, breakfast was not to bad all the time ...I enjoy my stay it was raining yesterday when I was going to eiffel tower and the staff gave me an umbrella 🌂 that's was so nice of her thank you so much...

The bathroom was not as expected because i was thinking quit big and hoping they have bathtub.

The location is very good with easy access to transportation. The hotel is clean and staff that we met in the afternoon was very friendly.

You can hear and feel metro :) (we were on the 6th floor) Also, if you are claustrophobic, better ask for the room on the lower floor as the elevator is tiny and can barely fit 2 people with backpacks ;)

It was a very nice stay. Bus and metro stops just barely 1 minute walk from the hotel (even less). Direct bus to the Eiffel Tower, quick connect with metro to any place in Paris. Shops and restaurants in the area. Big plus was coffee machine with tea at the ground floor and water dispenser. Room tiny but more than ok if you spend most of your time sightseeing. But bathroom was spacious.

The Lift is very small.

It was close to Metro 12. And there are Restaurants near by. Also a shop and ATM right next door. Coffee, tea and water is for free in the lobby.

There was no shuttle to the airport, so I had to take a RER and got a fine for having the wrong ticket. Also, there was one alarm ringing very loud at 1 am in one of the nights.

we waited for quite long time to do the check-in even we arrived after check-in available time. and when the room was ready, we were lead to the room which was still under cleaning... the elevator is very small and its difficult to fit with people if you have some baggages.

easy to access to the city by using train and the train station is close from the hotel. the decoration for the christmas at the reception was cute. the staff is nice and kind.

The room did not come with a fridge to help cool drinks that we got at the supermarket, and it was smaller than we were expecting.

The staff were outstandingly polite and helpful. There was free water and coffee available for guests for 24 hours that was super helpful and convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the window/door to the outside was refreshing. There was dispensable soap and hand wash available, as well as multiple outlets throughout the room!
