The room was small and clean, perfect for 1,2 people, the staff were helpful, and the location is perfect for the price and area. The main disappointment with their toilet.The tolite was very small, I couldn't sit properly.

I do not have any negative point, just an advise: we were 2 in the room and there were 3 towels, one more would have been highly appreciated, but still it was a nice stay.

The location is perfect, just a 3 minutes walk to the nearest metro stop - dupleix, line 6. The staff is very kind and available for any problematic.

The breakfast set up and food. There should be someone visible helping the guest. Food are not presentable. The Bed and lock in 1 of the rooms. The bed in our room was making noise(squicky) while the other room was hard to open from the inside.

Reported maintenance issues on first morning with shower and basin tap. No action before I checked out 4 days later.

We had to go outside to get to our room, lovely during the day but we arrived very late and it was dark. A little daunting for Mother and young Daughter. The room itself was small but great and loved having that view of the Eiffel Tower and a little balcony.

The furniture is old.

The hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel is situated near Eiffel tower and underground station. Room was small, but clean and sufficient for three adults.

The elevator was super small so me and my friends had to take multiple trips due to our baggage

The room was more than I could have hoped for, very comfy beds, great view, and the bathrooms were also amazing with rain shower heads! Staff was amazing and very accommodating when it came to checking in and using the luggage storage facilities.

Noise in first room and automatic light then second room I dont believe was a superior room which is what we had paid for, damp smell from air con leaking onto carpet in room

After first night where room auto light kept turning on and then was incredibly noisy as next to breakfast room we where moved

The extremly thin walls; you could hear people moving and talking in other rooms. I paid a price bigger than 200 neuro a might and was expecting something better for that money, we'll knowing that I booked 4-5 months in advance (before my arrival).

Very friendly staff. The location was also excellent, surrounded by a lot of different small quality shops and the metro station.

The room was not as expected, it was too small, the bathroom also so tiny, also the elevator was too small. The bed was really uncomfortable.

The room we had the bathroom was far to small, you could hardly turn around in. The TV was all french channels. It was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff,all they did was emptied the bins and gave us new towel every day, never got bed sheet changed.

Breakfast,was simple,continental , staff were good and friendly. Location was good, not far from the tower. Overall,we got what we paid for, a simple budget hotel.

I slept on the converted sofa bed, it was not very stable and I’m quite small, kept almost folding back on me when I tried to sit on it. The sheets and folding mattress were poor quality, very hot at night and the leather parts were very worn. We stayed in the junior suite, as the sofa bed needs to be changed.

Excellent location, lovely modern bathroom with great shower. The staff were so friendly! The room had the most incredible view of the Eiffel Tower! I was travelling with a young girl and she was so excited to see the Eiffel Tower from the room! For a city break it was the perfect location

simplicity to find/check-in-out, location, room /bed quality.

Location is great if you dont prefer to live in the middle of touristic flow) Quite area close to Tour d' Eiffel. Romm is regular for French hotel, bathroom might be better but quite ok

Bathroom looked great but sink and bath did not drain well and when it snowed outside, there was little to no hot water to shower.

The bed was comfortable but the fold out bed my son slept on was not very comfy. We were both toasty warm, despite it being freezing outside. The little additions like a coffee machine were great. Two balconies were divine. Two televisions worked for us too.
