They gave us only a free drink after all the problems we had, the bathroom stunk, the fridge was not cold, I had to put drinks outside to get cold... had to change room because of a water leak. Had to call to get daughter's fold out bed made up even though we booked for 3 people? Pretty disappointed, way over priced but you pay for the view.

Room too small, bed not comfortable at all, AC not working all night good the room was so warm, the TV not connected with my phone, I asked to change dirty coffee cup they washed in bathroom next room and back to me . I booked 2 night but I stayed one night only and they charged me for one night!!

No heating in the first room. Very cold. No more ameneties in the second room which were upgraded room but no more the nice best view we had in first room. Not really comfortable in the bed, back painful

Rooms are very small and no balcony like described in the picture booking. Room was cold. Hairdryer didn’t work. Cleaner took the room key and robe and didn’t replace with clean had to queue at reception for over 30 minutes to get a new key.

Room 707 was directly opposite the lift allowing my elderly Mother easy access. Lovely view of the eiffel tower from the balcony The room had 2 x single beds as requested and were very comfortable Warm room and had everything we needed As it was my Mothers birthday, Lilian provided a lovely birthday note and small cake with champagne, it was a lovely surprise for my Mother. The rooms are tired. The sinks don’t drain well, there was a smell in our room. For some reason our fire alarm was covered in a plastic bag. The shower was lukewarm at best and you wouldn’t walk on the carpet with your bare feet.

We booked the Eiffel Tower view suite and it was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. The suite was spacious, luxurious and comfortable. The balcony had the perfect view of the Eiffel Tower - it was a bucket list moment for us to sit on our very own balcony and watch the spectacular view. The restaurant was fully booked the night we stayed but they managed to squeeze us in and we are so glad they did - although pricey the meal was first class.

I paid extra for an upper-level room with a view, but I was given a room on the 6th floor, even though the hotel has 11 floors. It was disappointing and felt unfair. Additionally, I had paid in advance, but upon arrival, they requested a 100-euro room credit. When I checked out, they didn’t even verify how much of the credit was used—I simply returned the room key and left. The room itself was cold. Lastly, I had sent a detailed message with several questions days before my arrival, but I never received a proper response. Instead, I got an automated reply.

The location and view are amazing. They also offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, which is a nice convenience.

Kids not allowed in the bar (drinks only) We left an item of jewelry in the room after checking out, went back a couple of hours later, no sign of the jewelry and it hadn’t been handed in by housekeeping. It had vanished all on its own. Got fresh water in our mini bar on the 1st day but not the other 3 days .

Wouldn’t allow Uggs or crocs in roof bar on children. But after consultation did so we are very grateful as view was incredible . Thankyou. Would love to come back for New Year’s Eve one day

Staff were amazing so friendly helpful and actually taking an interest in talking on a person to person level very lovely. Best hugs man level staff I’ve ever had in a hotel going above and beyond just doing their job. Halloween Decor in entrance area amazing!
