I already paid in Booking, but when I arrived I gave the credit card for guarantee, but it was charged for the room AGAIN!!!! Then I ask for the refund and because of the rate exchange of the credit card so I have to pay for about 1,200 baht because the difference of rate exchange after they refund. The air conditioner is hot during the summer.

Everything except the view

Well what a disappointment This hotel was booked months ago but when we arrived after a very long flight one of our rooms was unavailable. It was a very special occasion and they destroyed that immediately!! They took no notice of any requests that I had asked of them regarding the payment of the rooms to my credit card and not my daughters when she arrived first, it was like that had never happened and they were very nasty at the front desk which was a terrible feeling. The roof top bar you had to line up to get into along with the public no special consideration for hotel guests and when we asked for 4 wine glasses to be sent to our room they charged $5 euro removed them each morning and charged you again to bring them back. It’s a very poor hotel with a very expensive price tag.

The Pullman is in central Paris one block from the Eiffel Tower. It has a nice roof top bar with beautiful view of the city and the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Took almost 2 hours to get room key at 3pm, got the key close to 5pm. Waited in restaurant area and they said no food to.my daughter, I came 15 mins later and ordered a burger. Disorganized and unmotivated starr

We booked this weeks prior to our arrival. We booked a king room with the balcony and garden view. After waiting 30 minutes at check in, we were told that we would not be getting the room we booked and paid for. They put us in what they called a junior suite. The room was not satisfactory at all. The carpets were stained and there was a leak so substantial in the bathroom the ceiling was separating. We had to pack our bags before we left for the day so they could transfer to a room that matched our booking. We were put in a room on the 9th floor with a balcony and a great view. Unfortunately it was directly beneath their “club” on the 10th floor and the music went on until 1:00 a.m. I went downstairs and explained we were traveling with a child and the noise was extreme. The manager on duty provided us with another room, the third of a three night stay. The staff in general were content to pass blame on people on the prior shift. Nothing was done to try and make up for having to move rooms THREE times. It made our time in Paris extremely stressful. The hotel is dated and is in need of repair and renovation. For the money, there are numerous other comparable properties. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.
