I chose to stay here because of the view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony and we weren’t disappointed. It was great to sit and relax on our balcony, after our French meal at Le Beaujolais which is just round the corner. We could watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle on the hour. There are a number of restaurants, mini supermarket, bakery all close by so the location is fantastic. Taxi rank just by hotel or metro up the road. Twin beds were comfortable, there was a kettle and 4 free soft drinks in mini bar. bathroom lovely and modern spacious powerful shower. We enjoyed our stay

Location is ideal. Close to metro and bus. Quiet street to catch a taxi, Uber. Love that there are bikes on the corner. Always appreciate the view, love the balcony. Bathrooms are spacious. Bed was amazingly comfortable because it was firm!

The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room unbearably hot despite multiple complaints and futile maintenance attempts. The water temperature in the shower was another nightmare, freezing cold without warning. It was impossible to shower comfortably. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful, doing nothing to resolve these issues. For a supposedly upscale hotel, this was a deeply disappointing experience. I won't be staying here again and advise others to avoid it too.
