they didn’t always refill the fridge with the bottled water that you were supposed to get daily. along with not refilling tissues in bathroom or coffee to use machine

we did get one of the best rooms in hotel with amazing view which made our holiday special, receptionists were super friendly and accommodating however the doorman was not the most pleasant guy

no hot showers, the water was slightly warm and much colder than the tap. weak hair dryer. makes you think twice if we should shower in the cold winter. dislike the separate toilet from the bath/shower.

The check-in was chaotic and front desk staffs are not helpful, except for Dylan, who approached and helped us with check-in. The lift was always a long wait.

Location was good, next to Eiffel Tower. Breakfast spread is nice and the staffs at breakfast are always welcoming and hospitable.

We wanted to extend our stay for one more day or at least for half a day due to our flight being scheduled to a later time, counter staff said he would have to check with his manager and eventually said it was not possible as all the rooms were required. Checking out the next day we met Sofya who extended our stay immediately without having to check with any manager. On 3 of the 5 days, housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking. Their supervisor who was checking the room after it was serviced also entered without knocking. They apologised profusely after finding the room occupied. On the final day of stay we got stuck in a lift on the ground floor. However rescue by the maintenance team was professional and took less than 7 minutes. The team was also reassuring by telling us through the intercom "une minute" every so often while they worked to open the lift door.

Check-in staff Sofya was exceptionally helpful and managed to resolve the room requirements for our party of five (4 adults and a child). Initially booked into 3 rooms, she managed to get us into a junior suite and a classic room, which is what we wanted but could not get when booking online.

I booked the room in advance and requested a higher up room for the view. On arrival we had the choice of a room on floor one or an accessibility room on floor three. We took floor three for the view but the room wasnt as nice as expected especially the bathroom and there was a cot set up which was a vibe killer 😂

We went to the bar to have drinks prior to going out and we sat and constantly ignored, having asked twice. It was my daughters birthday , so we ended up leaving before drinks. I ordered and paid for a surprise in our room for my daughters 16th birthday such as balloons and flowers and chocolates, however these were not in the room when we arrived. The room was smaller than we thought and the sofa bed had no sheets and wasn’t made up.

We didn’t have the breakfast in our stay but it did seem very overpriced for what it was

I booked a balcony with view and would have liked to be one level higher at least as the bottom two levels are a little obscured with view. I did state this was a treat for my 40th on comments but nothing was mentioned about this!

Great hotel with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! The room was great the bed was amazingly comfortable!! The staff were friendly and the room service breakfast was great - would definitely recommend room service breakfast for those with the Eiffel Tower view

It is quite a distance to metro.

The Effiel tower is right beside me. The location is good and I can walk to all the attractions.

The location of the hotel is excellent. If you booked the room with the the Eifel tower balcony view, you will be extremely happy once see the Eiffel tower from you balcony, specially from the high floors. One of the hotel employee, his name was Abdou, he was very friendly and managed to complete all the request in timely and efficient manner!

arrived at 6am and an Indian reservations attendant was very rude and although I knew check in was at 3 he shouted at me and insisted check in must be at 3 overall very rude

Everything was great!

Excellent location near many points of interest. Loved to see the Eiffel Tower so near everyday of our vacation. Loved the size of our room and all amenities. Great breakfast buffet option with excellent service.

for what we pay for the room is not even worth it, we pay for a room with balcony view, $460 for a place we got to our room it looks like big stain on the carpet but by next day it was gone so we think the carpet is was wet the room was so basic it feels like we were staying at the motel 6 balcony carpet look dirty. in short words is very basic hotel room you paying for the view I think motel 6 in America looks more elegant than this.

the bedroom view! wish we could have been higher up with a good view. The TV also did not connect Chromecast devices which was a shame.
