Location of hotel is very good, 10 minutes by walk from Eifel Tower. Near there are a lot of shops,restaurants. Breakfast was good. Room was clean,but it will be good to make renovation in this hotel.

Too hot at night, railway station across the road, street a little noisy at night. Didn’t find out we had breakfast included till 2nd day as we weren’t told at check in

Pros: • Great Location: Close to the Eiffel Tower and other major attractions, making sightseeing easy. • Scenic Views: Some rooms offer a direct view of the Eiffel Tower, which is a major plus. • Convenient Transport: Being near Line 6 (Yellow Line) makes it easy to get around Paris. Cons: • Service Could Be Better: While the service is fine, it’s nothing particularly exceptional. The team tried their best to help, but they seem tired, no zest. The phone line in our room was broken. We didn’t get moved until our 3rd day. We were moved to a room where no one bothered to change the dirty beddings. We were then moved to the privilege room. Best Eiffel tower room view is this room in 5th floor 510. Overall, it’s a solid choice if location and views are your priority, but don’t expect luxury-level service.

Great location. 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Room compact but ok for 2 people and 2 luggage bags. Across the road from a metro station perfect for travelling around Paris or to Disneyland.

Upon arrival at gare du nord we found the escape to our correct tube very confusing, even upon asking staff members we still couldn't find our way out on the third attempt of asking we were successful, only took an hour, once we'd used the tube a couple of times after, it all slotted into place, that was my only complaint of our trip. Pooe signage.....

Literally steps away from the underground, 10 minutes walk from the eiffel tower, really comfortable rooms although a little dated, the breakfast although limited was really fresh and plentiful. The staff were really helpful particularly the reception who suggested a restaurant within a minutes walk on our arrival late in the day, which was fantastic. Really tasty local cuisine. We really enjoyed our stay. Although restricted we had a view of the tower from our room, which really adequate the trip for us.

I expected a better and more generous breakfast from the Mercure 4 star hotel chain. It is really a small detail but it was not possible to get yourself a ready boiled egg - instead you need to "guard" your egg. Not good variety compared to hotels similar range. (for people for whom breakfast is important :)) )

The location is perfect due to walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and being next to the metro station. Another bonus was that they have their own parking facility. We got a family room (2 double rooms with a door in between) which was very convenient

Use caution with the shower, it is on a raised platform with no hand rails, it was quite slippery

Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Beautiful view of the upper half of the Eiffel Tower. Metro was right outside but the rooms were soundproof.

Loved the location of this hotel. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were all so welcoming, nice and helpful. I was surprised by having a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower! This is one of my highlights of my time in Paris. Seeing the Eiffel Tower at night from my hotel room. We stayed again at this hotel for 1 night a few weeks after this stay. Even though we were on a lower level our second stay (no view of Eiffel Tower), we loved this hotel and I would definitely come back again.
